About this property

Newly updated and professionally managed Condo in N Naples, near the beach

Walk or ride bikes to Delnor Wiggins Beach, or call for a golf cart pick-up. This North Naples 3 BR 2 Bath Condo is newly updated, and available on a limited basis for rental guests. Take a break and unwind.
We are on the first floor, so no elevators, a private covered parking spot is provided, and our unit is feet from the heated pool. There is also shopping and several great restaurants nearby, many which offer early bird specials on food and drinks.
We provide bikes to use at your own risk, Our unit is available by the week, or monthly, with 15% monthly discounts May - December.
For 2025 high season, February - April 11th are booked, January is partially still available. The Vanderbilt Villas HSA requires an approved application completed by all quests, same for Pets for monthly quests. We charge a $200 cleaning fee, and required 12% Florida State tax. VRBO fees are additional.
All linens are provided, we have all new appliances, new master BR furniture, and we keep our unit especially clean. absolutely no smoking.

Family vacation

We stayed in this beautiful condo for 1 week. Clean, quiet community- near many beautiful beaches! Condo was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Lisa did an amazing job cleaning, it was spotless. Our kids enjoyed the communinal heated pool.

We are from Traverse City Michigan, where we also have rental units, we enjoy the beach and boating, and Hosting which allows us to meet lots of people from different areas ect.

Why they chose this property

We like North Naples as it is close to everything, a bit less busy then 5th Avenue area, and we really like to bike to the Park or other biking areas near the Condo. Its quiet and safe with friendly owner and guests.

What makes this property unique

We just updated a portion of the Condo so it has a newer feel to it. We will continue to make improvements going forward.
