We loved the home

My family and I stayed in this home to celebrate our son’s birthday and we spent a lot of time at the parks and at home. We were very pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious this home was. The home was also in excellent condition. Our son really loved playing in the waterpark. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have such a huge home all to ourselves. Great trip!

The place had not been cleaned. The couch cushions were destroyed and stuffing coming out the back side. The blinds were in shambles. The back door to the pool was hard to get open and hard to lock. Overall the experience was very frustrating when we had 20 people there. Definitely overpriced for the quality

It was a great property to stay on.

There are a few minor issues that could be fixed. The patio pillows should be washed often, toilet kept running, and chair on patio was broken. Other than that we enjoyed out stay and would recommend this property.

Arrived to the property and the house was not cleaned. Trash over the house and none of the sheets were made in the room. Went to sleep past midnight trying to clean the house ourselves. Plus we spent over $50 in cleaning supplies to do their job. Poor communication woth property owner. Definitely do you research before staying. Sweet home vacation deserves less than a star. Highly disappointed!

Spacious but needs some work.

If we were just going for space then this is a good home. However, this home needs some TLC. The first impression of the home at then front door was not clean and smelled. I am sure it us due to where the garbage is left each night but I believe a good power wash is needed. The main couches in the living room were in poor condition with leather peeled away, broken springs and buttons torn off of them. Batteries in clocks and several bulbs in light fixtures needed to be replaced. We were met with a difficult sliding glass door in the back that grandparents and kids needed help opening along with a broken ceiling fan/light on the patio. The main walls downstairs and trough the halls and stairwell are scuffed and need repainted. Nearly all of the carpet on the stairs and upper floor is worn and is buckling. We only had 13 people staying and there was one towel for each of us. Ran short on linens and silverware too. Again, there was great space for many people but for a vacation home, we have stayed in several, and this one was not impressive in the up keep. I had submitted a review already and then I received another form so I am filling out another. I am hoping this gets to property management and owner because I believe that these things should be fixed to have a returning customer. We have all talked about our stay here and we would consider another home in the same area because of the location and great amenities at the neighborhood pool and spa.

What a home!

We loved this home, it had all the details and features necessary to make us feel like it waas home. We loved, loved, loved this home. It was great to get up in the morning and have a good cup of coffee and then take a dip in the swimming pool. It was great, to be only about 10-15 minutes away from the parks. Fantastic!

Wonderful home

We just came back from a wonderful stay at this extremely well kept home and the home was very well kept. The management had excellent communication with us and the reservation process was simple and quick and most importantly the pricing was excellent! The home is in like new condition and taken care of well. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Family Holiday

We have visited the Florida and more specifically the Kissimmee, Davenport area more than a few times now and stayed in many properties and this is one the best so far. It is a brand new and very beautiful luxury pool villa which gave us a very welcoming feeling. The community, the home was in was also lovely, the water park and lazy river in particular was SUPERB! To us, the property was a part of our holiday rather than just a place to sleep each night. Highly recommended!

This house is breathtaking and you will be pleasantly pleased staying here. The pictures are nice but seeing it up close and personal will leave you speechless. My family and I rented 2, 8 bedroom houses in Champions Gate community and the amenities and hospitality that Sweet Home Vacation offers for this home compared to the competitors is amazing. It was all the little things that made the difference. You gotta experience it yourself!

Great property

The home was in close proximity to the parks and had a very spacious and open floor plan. The home was like brand new and the beds as well as sofas were very comfortable. There was an ample amount of parking space and the home’s AC worked perfectly. Overall I would highly recommend this property in a heartbeat. We’ve been to the area for 6 years straight now and this has been one of the best homes yet.

HUGE HOME

14 adults and 4 kids, was still not enough people to fill this home. The private pool was great, and it was heated too! The spa was great for aching feet from walking at the parks all day. We had a great experience. There was plenty of seating available in the home, the added patio furniture was perfect for lounging to get a nice tan. Great place to stay!

Expectations exceeded

We enjoyed this spacious pool villa, the waterpark at the Oasis clubhouse was amazing beyond our belief. The kids made lots of friends with other kids on vacation. Everyone had a good time. There was plenty of room in the home and we really liked the 2 bedrooms downstairs, perfect for the grandparents. I highly recommend this location and would like to come back again in the future.

Huge villa!

We stayed here during May and had a terrific time, the villa looks just like the pictures. My grandkids loved their rooms. We swam in the pool and watched movies pool side at the clubhouse. The home was close to many shops, restaurants and Walmart. Everything was in good working order. Thanks for letting us use your home!

Loved it!

Wow! I don’t even know where to begin with this review, the home was almost perfect. Very clean and immaculate as well as decorated very nicely. The highlight of this stay was definitely the oasis club. There was a large pool with movies shown nightly poolside, there was also a fantastic lazy river to spend a lot of time relaxing in. The service in the oasis club was exceptional. Great accommodation!
