Gute Lage, aber Defizite in Sanitär, Elektrik und Internet

Die Villa liegt nah am Strand, allerdings außerhalb von der Ortschaft; Auto ist notwendig. Das Internet funktionierte leider nur sehr selten und wenn dann ohne nennenswerte Leistung (beruflich und für Videos nicht nutzbar); Fernsehen war erst auch nur griechisch vorhanden, musste auch erst nach Aufforderung auf den Astra-Satelliten eingestellt werden (somit mehrere Tage ohne Fernsehen), das WC hatte eine defekte Spülung; WC Papier durfte nicht in die Toilette, sondern musste in einen Eimer geworfen werden. Die Entsorgung erfolgte nur alle 3 Tage, also musste man selber Müllbeutel kaufen. Die Wasserqualität war so schlecht, dass alle Armaturen und Geräte total verkalkt waren. Die Spülmaschine war aufgrund der Verkalkung nicht nutzbar. Zum Kochen und Zähneputzen musste Wasser gekauft werden.

Tranquil haven!!

What an amazing property! We stayed here for a fortnight with our two sons aged 14 and 10 - arriving in July at the start of the school holiday. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere - so quiet and private and yet in reality a stones throw from everything we needed. Very luxurious - super comfy beds - both in the villa and round the pool. Beautifully clean and immaculately maintained - we would have no hesitation in recommending or returning. Must do trips are Lindos and the Acropolis and Rhodes Town - both within easy reach of the villa by car. We enjoyed eating in Pefkos on an evening after a lazy day around the pool. Karen was super as was Alan and his lovely wife - took great care of us during our stay.
