Vidalia is a newly renovated building in a prime Zona Romantica location, a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. Unit 1 includes a fully equiped kitchen, king size bed, workstation with ergonomic chair, balcony, and private washer/dryer inside unit. Shared amenities include rooftop terrace, air conditioned gym, and parking. Terrace has panoramic ocean and city views, large jacuzzi, and outdoor BBQ kitchen. Vidalia only has 4 units so access to amenities is never an issue.

For your safety and common courtesy to fellow guests please:

No pets allowed.

No indoor smoking or vaping.

Turn off AC and lights when unit is unoccupied.

Occupancy is 2 guests maximum. No additional visitors are allowed without host permission.

Do not lean on glass rails surrounding terrace.

Shower before using jacuzzi.

No food or glassware allowed in jacuzzi.

No nudity in jacuzzi or common areas.

Clean BBQ after use so others are able to use it.

No reserving patio furniture.
