Fun Gilbert home with swim spa and ping pong in Val Vista Lakes!

You'll feel right at home in this spacious 3 bedroom home with a large family room area with a ping pong and other games to keep you entertained. The master bedroom has a king size bed as well as attached bathroom with separate shower and bath. Two other bedrooms each have queen sized beds and plenty of closet space. The backyard has a large swim spa that can be used for both exercise an relaxation. There is a large BBQ and fireplace for your enjoyment as well. Just a 2 minute walk around the corner is a community pool and hot tub which is open in the warmer months.

Additionally, for $150 you can have access to the Val Vista Lakes clubhouse for your group for the entire stay. It’s a beautiful property with a lagoon pool, a heated pool, a hot tub, workout facilities, Pickleball courts, tennis courts, sand, volleyball, paddleboard, and kayaks are also available.

Great place to hang out over spring break for our son’s baseball tournament. Plenty to do at the clubhouse and neighborhood pool. Location was just right. We can be particular about cleanliness and this stay exceeded our expectations.

Location was good. Door code hard to see at night. We had to fuss a bit with it. Beds were good. Gigantic spa/ hot tub was difficult to use. Hard to get cover off. Soooo big. Enjoyed our stay though the kitchen could use more newer pans and more cooking utensils. Clean enough, though oven had spills and some glassware seemed dirty.
