Spectacular property with tremendous attention to all details . Everything is top quality from knives and glassware to bathroom accommodations. Enough beach equipment to accommodate all the people that populate a 7 bedroom home. We've been renting on ACK for over 30 years and this ranks high up on our list of most favorite homes of all decades

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Nantucket home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and beautifully maintained everything was. The house felt brand new, and every detail was thoughtfully organized, making it feel both luxurious and incredibly comfortable.The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and private. The owner was fantastic to work with, always responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this is truly one of the nicest and cleanest homes we’ve ever experienced. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nantucket!

Nantucket Paradise

A gorgeous house with all the amenities you could think of. The pool and hot tub were amazing along with the pool house. With only a 10 minute drive to downtown, this is the perfect location on the island. If you are traveling to Nantucket, this is the place to stay.

5 Stars – Perfect Nantucket Wedding Home! We rented this beautiful home for our son’s wedding on Nantucket and it was ideal. Spacious, spotless, and perfectly equipped for our large family group. The location offered easy access to town, beaches, and all the events while still feeling private and peaceful.The kitchen was great for family meals, the bedrooms comfortable, and the whole house felt like a true home away from home. The host Peter & his staff was a pleasure to deal with. Responsive and helpful throughout.This property made our special week stress-free and memorable. We’d book it again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nantucket!

Staying at Sea Salt was next level! Our hosts’ home is immaculate and has everything you want for a luxury stay on Nantucket. The house is great for kids and enjoying family time. The location is convenient to great restaurants, workout facilities, top notch markets and a drive away from the best beaches on the island. Not a detail has been overlooked and the house is nicely outfitted so you can pack less. We can’t wait to go back! The hosts and caretaker respond within seconds. I also loved the decor and aesthetic and thought the beds were so comfortable and luxurious.

Immaculate property and incredible experience!

We booked this property with another family, traveling with our young kids. It was most of the group's first time on Nantucket. Everything about this property was incredible - the house was sparkling clean and organized upon arrival. We love to cook, and the kitchen was well-stocked with any appliance or gadget you could want. The interior design of the house was beautiful, and the layout of the main house was perfect for 2-3 families, with space to bring additional childcare with the detached guesthouse. The location was ideal - 10-15 minutes driving from almost anywhere you'd want to go on the island, and walking distance to grocery stores and some great restaurants and an excellent park for kids. Both the owner and property manager were beyond helpful with any questions we had about the house or Nantucket, both before and during our trip. Couldn't recommend this property more!

Our multi-generational family had a wonderful visit at this incredible home. It had everything you can think of plus some. Everything and I mean everything is provided for you to make this an easy vacation - whether you want a day on the beach, relaxation by the pool, a dinner in. And the bedrooms give everyone enough privacy for their own space if needed. Peter’s communication was always prompt and the caretaker on island, Jimmy, was incredibly responsive to solve any issues (going above and beyond to heat the hot tub - thank you!). Location was mid island - easily bike able anywhere and walkable into town for most. Our only regret was not staying longer - perhaps next time! We are so grateful to have had an opportunity to stay here and make new memories!
