This was one of our BEST rental vacations! The house was so comfortable and inviting, the neighborhood was extremely quiet, and we were close to trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. Donnis was always available to answer questions, and was an outstanding host. We were able to cook most of our meals in the kitchen, there were ample pots and pans. The living room was stocked with throw blankets and pillows, and there were even some games and puzzles to enjoy for quiet evenings after our long bike rides on the Razorback Greenway. The view from the balcony was magnificent, as the trees were changing color. We occasionally saw mountain bikers ride past on the trail below, and we were able to access the same trail for long hikes. We highly recommend staying at the Trailside Terrace!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this Bella Vista residence. The home was very clean and cozy. We loved spending time on the back porch (when it wasn't too hot). The beds and couches were comfortable, and the coffee bar/waffle bar-- 100%. Donnis also always responded to my messages promptly.

Very nice, clean home. The best coffee bar ever! Also, had a great waffle bar. The bed and pillows were nice and comfortable. Had extra stuff in kitchen and bathrooms in case you forgot something or needed it, for example: razor, tooth brush, salt and pepper etc. Covered parking. The drive way is a little steep, so was tricky with our motorcycles but we managed just fine. We didn't have time to watch tv but if we wanted too had one in each room. I loved that the instructions for checking out was just to take all your stuff and they will handle the rest. Thanks for not making me do dishes (even tho we did) and other cleaning on my vacation. Yall are the best!! Thank you!!!

It was a wonderful stay! A beautiful home in a gorgeous area. Loved the trail access in the backyard! The deck was a great place to hang out and relax after a big ride! We really enjoyed the coffee bar! The beds were comfortable and the living room was nice. All in all, a very enjoyable experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at Trailside Terrace! The house was so comfortable, clean, and stocked to the max! Access to Tunnel Vision Trail is just a few steps down the hillside; great for hiking, challenging for biking. There are so many mtb trails in the area - something for everyone! And there is a beautiful park with a short hike to a waterfall just down the road. We had a great time exploring the area - so many things to do! We would love to come back some day!
