ABOUT

A studio-style Palm Springs bungalow featuring bold modern interiors, a private courtyard for outdoor lounging and dining, and access to the compound’s pool for relaxed desert days. This property is available for monthly stays only.

INTERIOR

The living space immediately sets a confident tone, pairing a stylish sectional sofa with dramatic black accents and iconic Palm Springs décor that feels both graphic and grounded. The layout is compact yet thoughtfully composed, allowing each element to feel intentional rather than compressed. A wall-mounted TV is positioned between the living and sleeping areas, making it easy to enjoy from either side of the space without disrupting the clean visual flow.

The kitchen continues the modern sensibility with sleek wood cabinetry and a streamlined dining bar designed for two, creating a comfortable spot for casual meals or morning coffee. Every finish feels deliberate, contributing to a space that balances function with personality while maintaining an uncluttered aesthetic.

Within the studio layout, the sleeping area is subtly defined by a half wall that creates separation without closing the space off. This architectural detail preserves an open, airy feel while still offering a sense of retreat, allowing the bedroom zone to feel distinct yet connected to the rest of the bungalow.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The sleeping area with a queen bed sits just beyond the half wall, offering a cozy and private-feeling retreat within the open-plan design. The placement allows for an easy transition from lounging to rest, while maintaining visual continuity and natural light throughout the space. The TV’s shared placement between zones adds to the flexibility and ease of the layout.

EXTERIOR

Just outside, a small private courtyard extends the living space outdoors, creating an inviting nook for quiet mornings or relaxed evenings. A lounge chair offers a comfortable place to unwind, while a dining table for two provides an intimate setting for meals beneath the open sky. Beyond the courtyard, guests have access to the compound’s pool, offering a refreshing escape and a social focal point framed by classic Palm Springs surroundings.

POOL

The compound’s sparkling pool offers a refreshing place to cool off and unwind, inviting relaxed swims and sun-soaked afternoons beneath the desert sky. This pool is shared with the surrounding bungalows and is not private to the unit.

THINGS TO DO

Located in a central Palm Springs neighborhood, this bungalow places you within easy reach of the city’s best offerings. Downtown is just minutes away, where restaurants, cocktail lounges, and galleries create an energetic yet walkable atmosphere. The Uptown Design District invites exploration through vintage shops and modernist showrooms, while nearby hiking trails in Tahquitz Canyon and the Indian Canyons offer scenic escapes into the desert landscape. Whether your days are spent poolside, exploring mid-century architecture, or enjoying leisurely meals under the palms, Palm Springs offers a rhythm that suits both adventure and relaxation.

This unit is by far the smallest and best unit I have stayed in in the last eleven years I've been coming to Palm Springs. There is not a want for anything, the place is spotless and neighbors are great. I love it. I am contemplating on two months next year possible Feb. and March if available.
