The property is still making a comeback, but overall included everything that we needed. The pool was open and lovely and staff were available to help with all of our needs. Perfect location in Sanibel!

Spring Break

Great communication, friendly onsite management. Unit was clean and very close to the beach-steps away. Pool was nice and we had enclosed garage parking-with lots of storage for beach chairs.

All-in-all a wonderful stay

After a tough year, my visit to Sanibel rejuvenated my soul. The property and condo were clean, well-appointed, and safe. My only critique would be the beds. They are not good. My friend elected to sleep on the couch. A few new mistresses and it will be restful for mind, body and spirit.

Wonderful Room

Our room was clean, comfy and pretty! The location could not have been better! BUT the elevator does not work and we are three 67-yr-olds dragging our luggage and bags up to the third floor. It was brutal! I would stay in the room again, but not until that elevator is working!

We had a great stay, very comfortable and worked great with our two teenagers! To call out a few things I wasn't sure with this particular rental - there were beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a one car garage for use during stay. The location is perfect, on the beach and conveniently located to everything. The lanai is great - we saw ducks and other birds outside every day and enjoyed relaxing there. Hope to come back again!!
