Huge condo with large, comfortable bedrooms. Quiet. Close to shopping, restaurants and beach. We enjoyed our stay.Two minor things1. Hair dryer was not working and was told it was being delivered several times and never appeared. 2. The backyard has no grass. It is pavers and fence. There are weeds everywhere and looks terrible.

Spacious condo, tastefully decorated. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Everything we needed for a three week stay was there for us. Before arriving I inquired whether there was a Keurig machine and was told there wasn’t. Well somebody made it happen and there was a machine when we arrived!! Thank you for attention to detail s throughout.

mothers day weekend

My family and i met to have a weekend on the beach, which the house is only blocks away from the beach. we had plenty of restaurants to choose from that were close to the house. Will be returning for future get aways. The house was big nice and clean.

Granddaughter wedding

The house was beautiful. All that was listed was there plus extras. Only problem was no hot water in bathroom upstairs. Made call and was called back that bathroom water was set up opposite. Once we knew that it was fine. I did mention it to lady who helped me that maybe sign put up in bathroom. I would call to made reservation if ever in area again.

Nice but a few issues.

Nice place, but needed a site manager walk through. 3rd bedroom had no lamp or ceiling lights, so it had no lighting. Found dead Palmetto on closet floor. Very noticeable, not sure how cleaning crew missed it? Can't believe that early check in was an extra 20$ an hour.(check in was 4pm). I think this host could've done better

Could of been better…

The house it self was comfortable, it had all accommodations, and it was clean. Whenever I needed to speak to someone my messages were answered, but what was completely unacceptable was the Air conditioner was controlled and it was at 77 degrees, extremely hot and we couldn’t hardly sleep. I notified this and what really bothered me the most was the response I received, which was “Thank you for your feed back we will take it into consideration for our next guest”, that felt like a disrespectful comment to the point were My other family members that were planning on renting soon, will not do so. I do understand that at 10:00 am you could of put up the A/C, but NOT while we were there, you charged me and I paid what you requested, never was I informed that the A/C will be controlled this way. Never again we will rent there again and hopefully you will really take this review into consideration and learn from your mistake. Family Time really matter and should be respected at all times.
