Beautifully remodeled condo in Terrasol Beach resort. This 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom condo has undergone a complete remodel and designed by Tania Cassill of Huit out of Laguna Beach, California.
A perfect vacation setting for all girl trips, as well as couples or small families. With a private bathroom attached to all bedrooms, this condo has lots of privacy
The master bedroom and second bedroom have King size beds with a seating area as well. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a queen size below and a single up top.

The main living space has a well equipped kitchen with high quality appliances, cutlery and dishes. please note that the stove top is an induction cooktop and will only work with the Pots and pans labeled induction. You will find all the amenities of home.

The living room has plenty of seating space which walks out to the large patio with a beautiful view of the Pacific ocean. With two lounge chairs and a dining table there is lots of seating to enjoy a morning coffee or a sunset with your favorite beverage.

You are only a two minute walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the marina.

There are 2 pools for your use, the main pool is attached to the Palapa restaurant and also has a swim-up bar..... the second pool is a large area great for swimming laps during the day and has fire pits for your use in the evenings.

Wifi in unit

ALL GUESTS... are subject to a nightly fee and a cleaning at the end of your stay payable directly to Terrasol.

3-4 people $24.50/night
5-6 people $29.50/night

This is a NON SMOKING unit....

We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.

During the months of May to October there may be some renovations going on throughout Terrasol, as this is the slow season and construction is permitted. So some noise during the hours of 9-5 may occur.

Quiet place with great views

Good location, great views very quiet. Overall place was nice, but everything in the complex is built far away from the beach and the pool so some walking up and down the hill quite a bit our room had a few little things damaged and some challenging appliances to operate but overall a good experience

Unit is perfect for 3 adults. Each bedroom has en-suite and unit has a balcony with ocean views. Terrasol’s location is convenient for access to the marina and downtown Cabo. Resort has two nice uncrowded pools and a restaurant with limited hours.

We loved this space. It had plenty of room for our whole crew, was a short walk into town, had great pools and beach access. I wish all of the fees had been included in paying through vrbo as additional resort and cleaning fees added up fast and were a disappointment when we thought we had already paid up.

Great Vacation

We loved everything about this property. My only negative was that there was only one hairdryer and 4 ladies to share it! Loved that the kitchen was stocked with all essentials like storage bags etc, and even coffee pods for the Nespresso. It was a great location and we could walk everywhere! Would definitely recommend it and will definitely be back again.

Beautiful space. The location was perfect and peaceful! All the staff was very nice as well. The only problem was the bed sheets were not clean. There were hairs on the bed and crumbs so I went in the closet to get the spare sheets and those were also not clean. Luckily they had a washer and dryer so I was able to wash all the spare sheets for each room to have clean ones to sleep on. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. I would still book this location again.

The resort was beautiful, very well maintained. We had a clean condo, water view. The 2 pools were very enjoyable. Rubin Rojas the manager of Terrasol deserves a special shoutout. Wonderful helpful and kind individual. Dealing with host was excellent.
