This top (6th) floor condo is conveniently located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico at Panama City Beach, Florida. This unit has a king size bed in master with a full, larger than usual, attached bath with a beautifully tiled shower. There is a bunk room in the hall with twin beds. The full kitchen has new granite countertops and stainless appliances. The unit also has a 2nd tiled bathroom with tub and shower combination. There is a spacious living room with a very open floor plan along with a large flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of seating. The top floor units have a larger/deeper patio where there is always sun and shade to watch those beautiful sunsets. This unit has a full laundry room across from the front door of the condo. Whether you enjoy laying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this smaller family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it. This complex is about a 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 1 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd.

Good, could have been great.

Rented last minute and was told that the building exterior was being painted, that the balcony may be temporarily closed. Decided to continue based on the communication given. Arrived and all of the balcony furniture was stacked in the living room. Called the property owner and was told that they informed me that there was exterior painting scheduled, when I tried to explain that we were NOT told that the living room was now a storage space she hung up on me. We managed to make the best of it but I would be concerned what help the owner would be for future problems. The condo was nice and fully furnished with everything one could need for a beach vacation. The location is quiet and about a 15 minute drive to the PCB action. Bikini Bobs was a short beach walk for good lunches. Could use a detailed cleaning, bathroom fans were loaded with dust and our feet were black from walking barefoot the first night.

Our 40th at Mariner East # 609

We had a wonderful stay and love the condo. There were people putting on a roof next door for 2 days and then storms the next 2 days but we still had a wonderful time. We just went out to dine and spent time in the condo & balcony. We never got to swim. With all this, we still had a memorable vacation just relaxing listening to the waves. Overall we were satisfied. The unit could use a deeper cleaning as there were many dust bunnies around and sand upon entry but that is expected at the beach.

My family and I loved our stay at this property.

We loved everything about our stay at this condo. The views were breathtaking and the seating was comfortable on the balcony. Our beds were cozy. We had all of the amenities we needed. There were so many extras! There were beach chairs, a beach umbrella, floats, and beach toys. We never had to wait more than two minutes for the elevator. The pool was cool and relaxing. We had easy access to the beach and it was not crowded. The condo is at the quiet end of the beach, which was perfect for us. Everything was clean. We would stay here again.

Perfect family oriented vacation rental

This condo unit was beautifully decorated, fully furnished, very clean and spacious room! The bunk room is small but perfect for kids to sleep in and be able to keep a close eye on! Easy access to the pool and beach! There was plenty of nice clean balcony furniture and room to be able to just sit and enjoy the ocean front view! The surrounding community has less hustle and bustle than the other end of Panama City Beach with a much more laid back atmosphere. And the beach was not crowded like other areas of P.C.B. I would definitly recommend this to other families who are looking for a place to stay without the party scene life!! We will be coming back for sure!! Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

Getaway from the City

Enjoyed our stay! We are from Atlanta, Ga and it was nice to escape the city for a week. Plus we got engaged while there! Condo was beautifully decorated. Plenty of space! The owner really did think of their guests. Kitchen had everything we needed and make sure you look in laundry room , plenty of beach things to use! Only thing I would recommend is some more patio furniture for the balcony. We definitely will be back!!

In the craziness of this pandemic, this condo was perfect! It was a calming and relaxing with a great view of the beach. My family was able to enjoy the condo and the beach without the crowds. The condo was just what we needed and we will definitely be back again!
