The unit was absolutely very clean. Extras of coffee pods, seasonings and laundry supplies as well as bathing supplies was very considerate and appreciated. Pool and grounds well kept. Host and staff very efficient and friendly.

Put a mattress pad on the bed. Furniture was very hard, but nice clean and great place to stay otherwise

I appreciate your review. I always receive 5-star feedback and have not had complaints about the furniture. There is a mattress cover on the bed - maybe not as thick as you prefer. I am sorry you experienced back issues during your stay.

Great place! Wonderful to have the washer/dryer in unit! And the beach chairs were awesome to have as well! They thought of everything! We arrived late and fumbled with the door and panicked but he answered our call on the first ring and calmly talked us thru the code! It was all me, but he was so nice about it. There was even coffee there for us in the morning!
