Flexible bedroom arrangement for families, friends or groups up to 12. Out of respect for our neighbors, please no large parties/events.

* Pool and hot tub with mahogany deck and lounge chairs/umbrellas
* Gigabit (Spectrum) internet and speakers throughout the house
* Off-street parking for two cars and ample street parking; electronic gate system
* Gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, along with imported stone counter tops and a center island.

The house has five (5) bedrooms with layout as follows:

Downstairs
- Bedroom 1: one king bed (ensuite bathroom - shower)

Upstairs
- Bedroom 2: one king bed (ensuite bathroom - soaking tub + shower)
- Bedroom 3: two twin beds (ensuite bathroom - tub/shower combo)
- Bedroom 4: one queen bed (ensuite bathroom - shower with sitting bench)
- Bedroom 5: one queen bed (ensuite bathroom - shower)

There is also a pull-out couch (double) in the loft.

Bedding, towels and toiletries (soap/shampoo/conditioner) are all provided with your stay.
