Beautiful pool villa in Thai contemporary style, privacy, large space of green tropical garden, big pavilion, fully furnished and equipped, take the hill view at the villa.

It has 2 bedrooms inside the villa and a private Bungalow with one bedroom.

ware etc.

RATE INCLUDES:

HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

Visiting Family

Great location for what we needed and a bonus that Fresca is only a 3 minute walk up the road and serves great food. Large garden, outdoor pool table and plenty of space, gated private and ideal for 4/6 pax. Villa it's self is a little dated now, the steps into the pool were awful and actually painful as sharp stones which were also loose just didn't make sense, the pool should have a water shoot from the top coming out which wasn't working and hasn't been for a long time, one of 3 bedrooms isn't directly connected into the villa which could also be a perfect situation for some families - overall clean tidy and suited our requirement for the trip
