Great location!

We loved this whimsical home that was walking distance to the Cargo District shops, restaurants, and bars! Our family stayed here to celebrate our daughter turning 21. We enjoyed the fun games at the house and all of the nightlife close by. Very clean property and the owner was so nice and communicated with us about anything we needed! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a good time, but I don’t know that we’d choose this house again. Pros: convenient location (the Cargo district is on the corner of the street), nice amenities (the kids loved the games), fenced in private backyard, ample parking.Cons: chipping paint in an older house seems like a hazard for young children, poor water pressure (ie. couldn’t really run the the sink and shower at the same time), at first glance the house seemed clean but it was disappointingly filthy (kitchen utensils were dirty, under the beds were covered with trash and had clearly not been cleaned anytime recently, there were dirty towels hanging up, empty cigarette packs in the closet and butts all over the ground right outside the back door despite being labeled as non-smoking.) Random holes cut out all around the driveway caused my husband to role and sprain his ankle on our last day.
