Check-in was easy. Parking a short walk away. Location perfect in downtown Wilmington, near shops and the Riverwalk and plenty of pubs, coffee shops and eateries. Nice rustic interior (brick walls and wide plank wood floors). Host was very accommodating and friendly!

The loft was nice for our trip as we had decided location was important and wanted to be near the action. This is exactly what you can expect here....a mere hop to the Riverwalk and nightlife all around. It was a great location. The pictures should be updated as the furniture is not exactly as shown...but currently there is more seating. The unit is on the top floor of the building and does have two large staircases to navigate. So, keep in mind with luggage and if you are traveling with children or older guests.
