Charming spacious waterfront home with lots of open but cozy spaces to gather. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and comforters. The decor and artwork in the home were so well coordinated.We like to cook and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the needed cooking equipment and two refrigerators. You are only a couple of miles from lots of fun shopping and dining or grocery stores in the great little town of Fairhope. It was very quiet and the peaceful view of the water and great sunsets made it a relaxing vacation. We will definitely book again.

Casa de Curran was an absolute pleasure for my family - 4 of us (all adults), plus my sister's family of 3 (adults plus an 11 year old) and my 83 year old mom. Eddie went above and beyond making sure we had all the information we needed and the communication made us feel like family! We took advantage of the crab traps - which he set for us in advance! We cooked many meals in his well-stocked kitchen. We hung out in the sunny corner den which we called the "Florida Room" because my grandmother had a similar room and in the cozy den with all the comfy furniture facing the TV. A perfect spot for slowing down and enjoying meals and conversation.... We were here for a hectic wedding weekend plus a few days so we enjoyed the relaxing setting in between the chaos. Lots of late night conversations that might not have happened if the setting wasn't so comfortable and welcoming. Hope to come back!

Our group of eight thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had more than enough room and the Casa de Curran is perfectly located for golfers. House was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed for home-cooked meals. Sunsets were spectacular! Eddie was friendly & helpful and even put the crab traps out for us and to our delight several blue crabs awaited our arrival.

This property was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, with a special ambience, clean, and had everything we required during stay -- plus extras. We loved the openess and light of extended living areas, and having a great view of the bay through the picture windows. The floorplan (and roominess of bedrooms) was perfect for our large family, providing privacy and comfort, while the kitchen had everything we needed. At the same time, we spent a lot hours together on the pier, both day and night, and it became a favorite place for evening meals during sunset. I cannot recommend this property and host enough.

A Nice Getaway on the Bay

House was perfect for a large family. A lot of fun for the kids! They loved the crab traps and hanging out on the dock. Location is great to downtown Fairhope and the Grand.

We had a wonderful stay at the Curran House! Our family group visited for a February weekend, and the home was perfectly suited for our needs. It was well equipped, comfortable, and inviting. We loved the beautiful views, spending time playing games, visiting Fairhope, and simply being together. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The host was excellent to work with during booking and throughout our stay—responsive and accommodating. We would absolutely book again without hesitation.
