Family Friendly Cottage With Pier and Beach on Mobile Bay

This home on Mobile Bay is perfect for families with children. This 1600 square foot home was completely renovated in 2018. The house features an open living/dining/kitchen area with seating for 8. Downstairs has one bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom. Upstairs you will find one bedroom with built in queen bunks and a large bunk room with 2 double beds and 2 sets of bunkbeds. There are two bathrooms upstairs. You can enjoy amazing views of Mobile bay from a covered porch or walk out on the pier to take in the sunset, fish and swim. Boat launch 1 mile down the road. Bring your boat to the pier and enjoy time on Mobile Bay. The home is located 10 minutes from the Grand Hotel, 15 minutes from downtown Fairhope, 20 minutes from Tanger Outlets in Foley, OWA amusement park, and 30 minutes from the beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checking out on a Sunday or Monday, please take the garbage cans to the road. The cans have to face the road with the lid opening closest to the road 2 feet from the street. Space cans 3 feet apart.
Please leave towels in the bathrooms and the sheets on the unmade beds. Due to cleaning schedule we don't want wet sheets and towels left in the washing machine.
Return the keys to the lockbox. Place all outdoor furniture cushions inside the house where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very nice property! The bay is a great place for kids to float & swim. Great location for exploring Fairhope & the eastern shore area, as well as easy access to Orange Beach.

We have stayed here multiple times and love it. Comfortable beds, well-supplied kitchen, all the amenities one needs in a gorgeous natural setting. Outdoor grill, pier for water recreation, great bird watching. Perfect for a large family or for a couple alone. We hope to return.

My family and I had another wonderful stay at this home. This is our fourth visit to this property, and each time we come, we are amazed by the stunning views and beauty of the area. The owners pay great attention to detail, ensuring that the guest experience is exceptional. Each visit, we notice improvements to the home. This time around, we enjoyed the new sectional in the living room, which was a big hit! This home is well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and inviting. Absolutely loved our stay!

My wife and I have loved the bay our whole lives. Now we have converted other family and friends, thanks to this wonderful place on earth. The house is great, the bay is lovely, caught crabs off the dock and close to fresh seafood (Billy's & Tin top) as well as golf, and the beach. We're trying to figure out how to re-book and find other accommodation for more family next year!

Wonderful Retreat

Can’t say anything negative about the property. The weather was a little dicey since we didn’t spend as much time outside as we would have liked but the inside was A-Ok. We enjoyed our girls trip immensely.

We loved this house! The pier was awesome! Saw dolphins almost daily. The inside of the house was so cute. We spent a lot of time sitting on the back porch watching the ocean. We wished we had remembered our binoculars. Thank you so much for letting us borrow your house!

We booked this property so our grandchildren could experience all the bay has to offer. Their ages 6-12. They fished and crabbed until they feel asleep exhausted. They had a blast. The big second floor was perfect for them. They would love to return.

We rent waterfront in Baldwin county every summer for the last 14 years. This place was one of my very favorites!! It is beautiful and lives bigger than it is. 3 full bathrooms.....priceless !!! Great communication with the owner. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Family Summer Trip

This was such a wonderful summer vacation home for my family and I. We absolutely fell in love with this property! And we will absolutely be booking this house again!! Waking up to the beautiful view of the bay and walking down the pier each morning and evening watching the sunset was amazing. It was a great summer memory for my entire family! And the owner Paul was so nice! And very quick to respond to only one small issue we had. I would highly recommend this hidden Gem!

This place is everything it advertised. Great host, amenities are on point, and the view is the best

The host thought of everything in this rental. Wireless phone charges, charcoal grills, all dishes needed just grab groceries and charcoal and the house is amazing. Coming from someone that has built houses for a living this property is amazing. I love all the finished wood used to trim the house the stairway is a work of art and the kitchen is the best. We will definitely be back.

First time in Fairhope, and won't be the last!

This property played an integral part in blowing us away in our first visit to Fairhope. It was better than the pictures, and we were blessed with great weather while we were there. It has a quaint cottage feel but with plenty of space and beds. We stayed with 4 young kids and enjoyed every second. Lots of extras included to make the stay easy - cooking supplies, a couple beach chairs, towels, etc. The kids played nonstop at the sand, and we loved eating breakfast and drinking coffee from the porch while we watched them make childhood memories. We will certainly return!

A little piece of heaven....

Very neat and clean. The bay view was great. Bring your own crab traps....heck, we only caught one but it was fun trying. Launched our boat down the road and drove it to our wharf to pick-up grandkids for tubing. Even with the occassional rain from the storms, it was a great oasis.
