Waterfront River House w/ Dock, Boathouse & Lift

The Honey House is river life at it's finest!! It comfortably sleeps 10-12 people and is pet friendly!! You will love the peaceful serenity and beautiful views of Fish River from the moment you arrive. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is the place you will want to be if you are looking for fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming or just relaxing on the river! We supply the kayaks and you bring your boat! You will have a place to launch your boat and a private boat slip for the duration of your stay. This prime Fish River location gives you access to some of the best fishing for redfish, speckle trout, bass, bream, crappie and flounder. We are just minutes from beautiful downtown Fairhope where you will find unique boutique shopping and casual to fine dining. The Grand Hotel is also very close where you can enjoy spa treatments or golfing and several restaurants. The large new deck has plenty of room for you to enjoy sunning and being with your family! It also has an upstairs screened-in boathouse over the boat slip to catch the breathtaking sunsets with bar seating and a large screen TV that is great for watching football or whatever your favorite sport is!


This house was recently renovated with all new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a built-in chop block countertop. The kitchen is fully furnished with new cookware, all of the small appliances you will need, a separate coffee/tea bar and a wine bar. We have several comfortable dining spaces, inside and outside, for our guests as well as TV trays if you need more.


The house has new furnishings, as well as a few unique vintage pieces. We have smart TVs in the living room, all bedrooms and the outdoor boathouse, with a satellite system and WI-FI. The master bedroom has a great view of the river with it's outside deck directly off the bedroom!! It also has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The queen bedroom has a great view of the quaint courtyard with the most beautiful 200+ year old oak tree and flower garden. The nautical bunkroom has 2 sets of bunks and a large bean bag with a queen mattress inside that can be set up anywhere in the house. The living room is furnished with a new sectional and a queen sleeper sofa. This room also opens directly onto the upstairs deck and has panoramic river views!!

We have a cargo-lift for easy loading and unloading of your luggage, groceries and/or anyone who isn't able to take the stairs. There are foosball and ping pong tables, kayaks, corn hole and board games for everyone to enjoy. The downstairs area has a charming gold fish pond with a small waterfall, a twin sized swing bed (yes, you can sleep outside if you want!) a grilling station and an outdoor refrigerator for your beverages and/or extra groceries. The half bath is also located in the downstairs area. There is parking for at least 6-8 cars and we have a space to keep your boat trailer.
