Immaculate property, my wife and I was impressed. It takes a lot to impress her. If we visit Fredericksburg again this is the place to stay.

This was the perfect to get away. The property was so clean and chic and cute. The host was quick to respond with any issues. Check in and out was the easiest of any place I've ever stayed. We will for sure be staying again. I can't express enough how wonderful a time we had.

Loved it!

This is by far one of my favorite VRBOs in the area. The place has a great layout (we stayed for 8 nights and it worked great) and great location. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the washer/dryer was super handy. We definitely will be back!

Farm House

We love the place, easy check in and out. The only suggestion would be to change the mattresses in both bedrooms, they were pretty worn out (soft and uneven). Also, there was only one bathroom towel so I would suggest to have at least 2 bathroom towels.

Awesome establishment

Having the best accommodations made our girls trip a success. Farm Haus was wonderfully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Arrival and departure was easy. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies. All those in our group could not quit talking about how nice and comfortable the accommodations were.

Labor Day Getaway

We had a great time staying at this property! The house was beautiful, incredibly clean, well organized and stocked with everything we needed for the 2 nights. The welcome basket was such an amazing, yet unexpected surprise to walk into upon our arrival. We will definitely be returning!

Thank you!

We were routed here after the original place we chose wasn't available at the last moment. What a great place and we are so glad that we were able to share this relaxing, well-appointed setting. It was perfect for us and we loved the stay. Very quiet, relaxing, comfortable. While we hadn't chosen this place, we are so glad we were chosen for it. Thank you!

Cute 2BR/2Bath

The place was very cute, new and aesthetically pleasing. Location was close to downtown and easy to get to wineries. 2 bottles of wine and some snacks were there for us on arrival which was nice. I do think it was pricey for not having a yard/fire pit area or grill. The refrigerator filter replacement light was on so we needed bottled water. We reported a leaky shower to the management since water was pouring out onto the hardwood floor. Also told them that the shower was not clean as there were long black hairs all over the shower walls on arrival. We were just told “so sorry.” It makes you question what all was cleaned between guests and why we were charged a cleaning fee.
