Nature & Environment One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during their stay.
Deer, squirrels, raccoons, and turkeys are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.
During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.
Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.
We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.
What To Bring We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.
Starter Supply Details Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:
• Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags • Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash • Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent • Coffee supplies (pods, grounds, filters, creamer, sugar) • Hot tub chlorine for guest use as directed
These items are intended to get your stay started and are not restocked.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property. There was plenty of space for our group and the hot tub was nice on the chilly nights. Unfortunately, the fireplace was out of service during our stay. We would've loved to build a fire in the fire pit, but there wasn't any firewood. Just a suggestion, but I think having a small bundle of firewood available for each guest would be appreciated by most. :) The pickeball court was also a great amenity!Check in was super easy and the host was responsive to the few questions that we had when we arrived.

A wonderful place!
The stay was amazing! Spacious, incredible views and close to town. My family from California visits every year and this stay was ranked their favorite!
Beautiful property!! Everything you could want or need. It did need a good deep clean for cob webs and areas that we would expect to be clean, when staying at a home like this.

This cabin is AMAZING! We went with 3 families and had the best time! Secluded with no close neighbors and beautifully designed! We enjoyed playing pickleball, swimming, and spending time outside together! We will definitely be back! My favorite cabin to date, and we’ve been to broken bow many of times! 5 star!!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The home was nice. The WiFi did not work, so we could not enjoy having a movie night or watching any football games. Our kids had some online classes/homework and they could not complete it which caused stress during the vacation. We did not realize that WiFi is not guaranteed. Additionally we paid extra for the pool to be heated. It worked the first day out of the three days and then did not work despite us paying for each day. If anyone is looking at this property they should know these things given the high price point.
I would love to give this property a 5 star review as there were many great amenities; however a few items clouded the rating. Prior to booking this property on 12/8/24 I was told that providing 2 roll away beds for 2 small children was no problem. As the arrival date came closer I verified twice that roll away beds would be provided. I was told the "cleaners" would be notified and provide them. A few days before arrival I verified again that roll aways would be in the house upon arrival, the response changed to "we had a policy change" and no longer provide roll away beds, bring your own inflatable mattresses. I can't tell you how shocked and disappointed I was. However, I bought 2 inflatables at Walmart for 85 and sucked it up because it was too late to alter my plans for 18 family members. Secondly, the home is lovely in almost every way except if you plan to use the pool table, it is standing but wobbly and the cue sticks provided have no tips, so you hit the ball with the plastic part which doesn't help your game! And, if you have a question or need to report a problem there is a number to call and or text. After calling with no answer, I sent a text asking how to turn the pool lights off at night and the chat bot responded telling me how to put chlorine in the hot tub!!! Haha! Lastly, just a suggestion, the sun is killer in the afternoon and there are no shades for any of the sun facing windows in the house, so keep your sun shades handy inside the house.
