Lui was pleasant to interact with. The condo however was not clean and was in disrepair. Informed Lui of the issues, and he responded that I should contact the management company for assistance. I opted not to do that, as I felt that their presence would have created even further discomfort.
Things done well:
-Communication was timely.
-Pool and hot tub were well maintained.
-Kitchen was well stocked for the most part; pots and pans, and most kitchen accessories.
Things not done well:
-Outdated WiFi info, got it off the router.
-Cable was not initially working, but was resolved.
-Provided stuff for babies, but was filthy.
-Linens were not fresh. Stained and dingy.
-Remotes missing backs and covered in some mysterious substance.
-Closet doors were broken.
-Sprinkler system comes on a few times a day and sprays powerfully into the rear patio.
-Dryer stained/ruined multiple items of clothing. You get the picture..
Overall it was not worth the money. It is badly in need of some TLC, before it is rented again.
As I was leaving, Lui thanked me for my stay, apologized, and offered me a one night stay at one of his other properties....
