We had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves. The hot tub was very relaxing.. The only issue was the hanging motion lights on the back of the building

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the peaceful location and the cabin. A few things could be improved, such as a deeper cleaning, some older furniture, and adding a light outside near the jacuzzi. Also, the road to the cabin is quite challenging, so I highly recommend having a 4x4 or a vehicle with good clearance. Overall, we had a very nice experience and enjoyed our stay!

Mountain View was great. Great cabin for a couple. Driveway is a little challenging. Bed was not very comfortable other than that great place.

Did not like all the dead spiders and spiderwebs and it would’ve been a nice to know that the dirt road to the cabin is washed out in spots, and you can’t park close to the cabin, cause the driveway is washed out and and you have to park at the top of the driveway and carry everything down if you’re in a car but other all had everything and it wasn’t a far drive to Cherokee so it really enjoyed that

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. We are glad you enjoyed the easy drive to Cherokee, but we sincerely apologize for the spiders and webs you encountered. Our team is addressing this with our housekeeping staff to ensure thorough cleans between stays. Regarding the access, we always inform guests prior to arrival that a 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended for the mountain terrain and driveway. When using a 4WD vehicle, guests are able to park right next to the cabin without needing to carry luggage down from the top. We appreciate you bringing these points to our attention and wish you the best in your future travels.
