The large living/dining/kitchen area offers panoramic water views. Great for family, friends and large gatherings, everyone is sure to love the recreation room on the 1st level with a wet bar, 2nd fridge and 2nd microwave, pool table, sleeper sofa, and complete entertainment center that opens to the deck with steps down to a beautiful 16x32 private pool and generous pool area with a hot tub.

Hair dryers are conveniently provided in all bathrooms, and bed linens and towels are provided for all full-week rentals. New for 2025, bedmaking is also provided!

The private pool is available April 1-last week of October.

*This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes. The owners are willing to accommodate up to 4 dogs. For 2026, this home will include credit for $315 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 3rd and October 18th, 2026 (tentative dates, 7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!
