With the nor’easter coming through and damaging the road into the island, James was fantastic keeping us apprised of progress with the road for our journey there. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable bedding - we slept like rocks! Great to sit on the screened porch and listen to the waves crash on the beach and dog friendly was fantastic. Our critters loved it. Definitely will be back! Thank y’all so much for the hospitality!

Very nice place. Gives you a total beachy feeling. Very short walk to the beach. The hosts are wonderful to work with! It was perfect for the two of us and our dog! One recommendation would be bring charcoal if you plan to grill.

Footprints is a perfect cottage. It has every cooking utensil you can imagine. Very nicely decorated. It feels like home away from home. We really enjoyed the green buggy for toting beach gear. I brought my own coffee filters but there were plenty in the cabinet and they have a keurig. James was very responsive and accommodating. He went above our expectations to make the trip smooth. Tinas cafe at the Koa campground has delicious breakfast burritos they were very kind. They are closed on Wednesdays. The whole area is very relaxing it definitely has that small hometown vibe. We would definitely rent here again. Thankyou James for everything you did to make our trip effortless.

Perfect beach rental!

We had a fantastic time at footprints! The house is adorable, the location is ideal and the owners were nice and quick to respond to questions. The house has everything you need for a great vacation! We are already planning our return trip!

Highly recommend

Our stay was amazing! The view is lovely and close enough to hear the waves crashing. The amenities were more than sufficient for our needs. The decor was fun and made it feel inviting. The location is perfect with a quick, easy walk to the beach. We would stay here again!

Great beach vacay

It was a great location. We had more family renting across the street. The house was beautifully decorated and the space under the house was great for relaxing in the hammock or on the swing or playing corn hole.

Beautiful Location

We loved our stay at this super cute beach cottage. We had all the comforts of home and more. The kitchen is well stocked and the decor is second to none! Only a few steps from the ocean. Loved the hot tub as well.
