Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Lake access, park, conveniently between Traverse City and Interlochen. Spacious, well appointed home. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked making it easy to dine in. Three bedrooms, two baths. Sleeps six with plenty of elbow room. Gas fireplace, hot tub, books and games on the shelf. Our goal is to help you feel a home-away-from-home experience.

Could not have asked for a better experience! The hosts really made it feel like home away from home. Being greeted with fresh flowers and snacks and a warm welcome was a great treat, and spending the evening in the hot tub after a full day of exploring Traverse City was heavenly. Beautiful house in a peaceful neighborhood, and the host were available if we needed anything at all. Can't say enough good things, you will enjoy your stay!

Richard and Jeannie were very acccomodating hosts. It was the most well supplied VRBO I've stayed in. They had a wonderful coffee and tea selection, and a gift basket with local wine and goodies too. Our family enjoyed the use of his kayaks and the hot tub, and he was very helpful letting us use his backyard to launch them and swim. The house was also extremely clean. Thanks for a great stay!!

Richard and his wife could NOT have been any better at hosting us even if they stayed with us. There were sooooo many special things: wine, snacks, emergency food, jacuzzi, coffee, tea, spices..just too much to even list! The house was so clean and quiet and peaceful, yet close to amazing night life and activities. It was PERFECT!

Excellent vacation during Cherry Festival

Absolutely beautiful location, close to town but out of the busyness. Home was wonderful with many “extras” like garage space, privacy, Sleep Number beds, stainless steel appliances, like new washer & dryer, bikes, two floors, many spaces for gathering. The host is very welcoming and friendly. Long Lake is warm, clean & clear. The Peninsula is a great space for bike riding, walking, running, with a very nice park for soccer, playground, and other activities. Would highly recommend and we will stay here any time we want to travel in the area.
