This townhouse sits on the west side of town, just over a mile from the heart of U of A. Whether you're visiting for Razorbacks sports or Bikes Blues & BBQ, you'll be in a prime location. It's a few minutes' drive to great restaurants, shops, and Dickson Street (three miles), with a two-car garage greeting you back at home.

From the high-speed WiFi to the central air conditioning, every guest comfort has been considered here. The main, open living space is on the second floor, adorned with the work of local artists and a large TV for your evening entertainment. Enjoy stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen, an electric grill on the balcony, and ample space to dine at the table and breakfast bar.

The three bedrooms are upstairs - one with an en suite bathroom, two with TVs, and all three with memory-foam mattresses. A private washer/dryer is also on hand for your laundry needs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
