Nice safe neighborhood, Private access with garage door opener to 2,200 sq. ft. Lower level living quarters. Minutes from the U of A, malls, & more! 2 min. from I-49. 2 large bedrooms, with walk in closets , one king one queen. Two living areas 1 made into sleeping quarters with one full one queen size beds. Also, one twin pull out. One full bath one half bath. Ping pong, foos ball, corn hole boards. Microwave, Keurig, electric cook pot. Complimentary coffee, and bottled water, small refrigerator, flat screen t.v w/ cable & wifi. Private deck and large back yard. Washer & Dryer access.

Best place to stay in Rogers!

Our motorcycle ministry came for the BBB. We had several friends over during our 2-day stay, and it never got crowded in any way! It was comfortable, the beds the living areas. We will definitely stay there again.

We came in to visit family for the July 4th holiday. The Beehive was perfect for on location, space, a quiet neighborhood, games at the house, and ambience. We will definitely check on the availability of this VR next time we are in town.

Brad and Belinda were great! They had everything we needed and more, ready and waiting. The downstairs quarters were very clean and nice, and even had some games for us had we had the time to spend there. Overall definitely a place I would stay again.

Wonderful experience!

I was in the area to attend my weekend doctoral cohort seminar at the University of Arkansas. My family of six join me for the weekend. We enjoyed wonderful family time with our college age kids. No issues and the space was 100% better than two or three hotel rooms...and much more reasonable in cost. Owners were quick to answer questions and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Great place!

We had all the accommodations of home. We could've slept at least ten people if needed. Very comfortable beds and furniture. My son loved the Foosball and Ping Pong table. The neighborhood was very nice. I brought my furbaby and she could go out in the backyard and play. Very beautiful house, yard, area, etc... They also supplied coffee, snacks, and water.

Better Than Expected

We were impressed driving through the neighborhood to get to the property. All of the houses seemed very well kept as well as the yards. When we arrived, we had a note explaining how to access where we were staying. We were absolutely blown away at how spacious and accommodating this property was. We had everything we needed ... AND they made us fresh blueberry muffins for breakfast on Saturday! Obviously the ping pong table was a huge hit for the kids (and me), but it was in a very quiet neighborhood and the perfect location for our volleyball tournament or to jet out for a bite to eat or quick trip to TopGolf. When we have the whole family, we will definitely be reaching out again to stay at the Bee Hive. Brad and Belinda ... you guys provide a home away from home. Thank you so much! Cousin's Getaway Weekend

Brad and Belinda were so very sweet, very personable and accommodating! Our group was very pleased with my VRBO choice. The place was close to so many things such as the mall, gas stations, and great places to go and have a good meal. I would definitely stay here again should we do another getaway in Springdale.

Great location and great neighborhood. Huge downstairs area with 3 huge bedrooms and 1.5 baths. There’s a small fridge and microwave and keurig, but no cooktop or stove or kitchen sink.

Awesome stay

We booked this stay for my daughters 12u softball tournament. My entire family had plenty of room and it was very nice. We were even able to bring our fur babies. It gets difficult sometimes finding places to stay that welcome pets...(we don't leave ours at home) and this place was perfect for them. They had the whole fenced in backyard to themselves and probably had a better time than us. We would definitely recommend this property. We also had good luck while staying here because my daughters softball team went undefeated for the weekend and won the WOO PIG softball tournament!!!
