Conveniently located just 2 minutes from I-49 (Wedington Exit) and just 8 minutes from the U of A campus, we are proud to offer a recently renovated, professionally decorated home designed with our guests in mind, all within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and more.

All three bedrooms feature brand-new mattresses with memory-foam toppers, white noise machines, and a tower fans for ultimate comfort. The primary and guest bedrooms each feature a Smart TV and armoire for storage, and the bunk room and guest room each feature a dedicated workspace. The bunk room—comprised of a king sized bed on the lower level and a queen sized bed on the upper level accessed by a rolling library ladder—features built-in, dimmable reading lights and outlets next to the beds.

Each bathroom comes fully stocked with paraben-free and phthalate-free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as liquid hand soap, bath towels, a night light, hairdryer, and a starter supply of toilet paper and other toiletries, including individually packaged cotton swabs, toothbrushes/toothpaste, toothpicks, and makeup remover wipes.

In the kitchen, you’ll find both a Nespresso coffee machine and a combination single-cup and carafe-style coffee maker, as well as complimentary coffee pods for each. Other appliances provided include a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, hand mixer, toaster, and crock pot, as well as a washer and dryer.

Whether you’re whipping up a family meal or plating your take-out from one of our amazing local restaurants, you’ll find the kitchen cabinets well-stocked with an abundance of seasonings, cookware, baking dishes, mixing bowls, cutlery, salad plates, dinner plates, bowls, and glassware. In the dry bar in the living room, you’ll find a variety of cocktail glasses (wine, cocktail coupe, high ball, etc).

Whether you’re visiting to take a tour of campus, attend a sporting event, or enjoy the breathtaking natural beauty of the Ozark mountains and various lakes and rivers in the area, there are a multitude of things to see and do, all just a short drive away. There is room for two vehicles in the driveway, and two vehicles on the street directly in front of the property.

Just outside you’ll find a screened-in porch* equipped with a outdoor sectional, electric fireplace, and Smart TV. In the privately-fence yard, you’ll have access to a fire pit with comfortable Adirondack chairs, surrounded by cafe string lights**.

*Screened-in Porch will only be available as an amenity from May through October each year.

**While fire pit will be available year-round, guests are required to provide their own firewood, which can be purchased for a small fee at the grocery store just up the street.
