My husband & I are both southern born and raised. He's an Arkansas native and I grew up not far from here. We spent many years in the Colorado mountains, and we loved our time there - but decided a few years back that it was time to come home. We both have a long history in the real estate arena and I'm very hospitality & customer service driven. With U of A so close, we decided that this would be the perfect place to open a short term rental.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it's centrally located. The Starling House is just minutes from the University of Arkansas campus, interstate access, running, hiking, and biking trails, We're just minutes from concert venues, shopping, amazing restaurants, and more! No matter what you're looking for you're just a short walk or drive away.
What makes this property unique
Huge back yard with covered patio and privacy fence. The home is conveniently located. It's just minutes from everything, but also removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Fayetteville - if you're looking for some quiet time.
