We did not receive check in instructions until 4:15 PM once I reached out to host. The number listed to contact host was not a working number. I started panicking a bit! But then the management co responded in a timely manner. There was not a wine opener which is usually provided in a VRBO but I got one and left it in the house. My donation for the next house guest. Overall has was very clean and nice! Would recommend and stay there again!

Beautiful home with relaxing ambiance!

Our stay was lovely. Very open floor plan which was nice to hang out on the couch with family & friends while cooking meals, the bedrooms were decorated & clean, and just a very relaxing ambiance after hours in the sun at the ballpark!We would’ve loved some non-stick pans, shampoo & conditioner, and a few more larger towels. But truly a perfect stay in a perfect location!

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. After checkout, we were accused of taking items from the property, which was completely untrue. Being accused of something we did not do was extremely upsetting and stressful.The house rules were also very strict, and communication from the host felt overly critical. It seemed like we were being monitored closely rather than welcomed as guests. The host referenced security camera footage in a way that made us uncomfortable, and it felt excessive. While we understand the need for security, the level of monitoring and follow-up made the stay feel tense instead of relaxing.There were also complaints after checkout about minor issues that were never brought up during our stay. We always treat rental homes with respect and leave them clean, so this experience was frustrating.Future guests should carefully review the rules and be aware that communication may feel rigid and highly monitored.

Unfortunately, this reservation involved multiple significant house rule violations. The booking guest did not personally stay at the property and booked on behalf of others without disclosure or approval. The group exceeded the confirmed guest count by more than three times the reservation, hosted an unauthorized gathering, and repeatedly violated quiet hours, resulting in numerous notifications and late-night phone calls from concerned neighbors regarding noise and activity at the property. The group also checked out late without authorization. Damages and missing items were documented by our professional cleaning team after checkout, and accountability during the resolution process was limited. We would not host this guest again and cannot recommend hosting them.

Harper House

House was nice and clean. The ice maker in frig wasn't working. Told management but nothing was done to fix. Air mattress was supplied for additional sixth sleeping person (two adults cannot fit on a double bed). No pillows/sheets were supplied for that therefore we couldn't use it and adult had to sleep on the couch. We were then accused of taking towels. I emailed them upon arrival of towels be limited. I did not mention the condition of the towels...👎

We understand that some guests have certain expectations during their stays, and we always strive to provide a great experience. However, it's important to note that our property has a set policy regarding towels, and our cleaners maintain a thorough inventory of all linens. Unfortunately, 3 towels were unaccounted for after this guest's stay, and we could not resolve the issue to their satisfaction. Additionally, because their stay coincided with the Thanksgiving holiday, our maintenance team was unavailable due to time spent with their families. The ice maker is now functioning properly, and we're sorry we couldn't address this concern in a timely manner during their stay. While we always aim to meet our guests’ needs, we recognize that certain expectations may be better suited to hotel accommodations. We appreciate the opportunity to host Pamela and hope she considers a stay that better fits their preferences in the future.
