The property was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.What really made our experience stand out was the host. They went above and beyond to make our stay special and made sure we had everything we needed. I was very happy with this property. The host responded to any questions I had within minutes. Property was very clean and very organized. There was plenty of room for my family. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Property is also conveniently located close to anything downtown Tampa offers.

Loved Our Stay!!Loved the location of the townhouse. It is very close to downtown with only a few minutes drive. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything needed for our stay. The host was amazing and checked on us throughout our stay.

Our stay went smoothly from the host's welcome to easy access and very nice accommodations. The host also followed up on more than one occasion to confirm that all was going well and that we had everything we needed. The accommodations were well equipped for our stay and everything was in good working order. It seemed like every need was anticipated and provided for. We enjoyed our stay completely.

The townhouse was in good location and very neat and clean. Had everything you would possibly need for your stay. Check in and check out was simple and owners checked on us multiple times. Great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our 3 separate couples. Bedrooms were all on separate floors which made it very nice in the living area space for those who stayed up later or got up earlier!!It was a wonderful time and location for all of us !!

Loved My Stay at Modern Oasis - Relaxing Retreat Downtown Tampa! 🌟

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Modern Oasis, and I can't recommend it enough! The space is exactly as described—an incredibly peaceful and stylish retreat right in the heart of downtown Tampa. The sleek, modern design mixed with cozy, comfortable furnishings made it feel like a home away from home.

Great place near downtown Tampa. Everything in the house looked new, fresh and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was parking enough for two cars in the drive. This place is located right off 275.

Had a great time. House if very organized and clean. Since we had a 12 month old it having a crib and high chair and gates at the stairs was a plus. Don't be fooled by the location. While is across from an empty lot and just under the I-275 bridge it is very walkable to lots of places downtown and the Riverwalk. Very short drive to downtown, davis island, and ybor city. Good internet speed. No issues with appliances. Would recommend and stay here again.

Kept Secret

The property is amazing. Communication with host was timely. Because everything about the property was described as per the photos there was no need to bother the hosts, however, they stayed in touch to ensure that we were enjoying our staycation. The location was okay but I personally wouldn’t walk around in the evening.

Adorable place and hosts that go the extra mile! We had a slight hiccup with the AC but the hosts jumped right on it and made sure it got fixed super fast and that we were comfortable. Our party liked that each bedroom has its own bathroom. From a privacy standpoint it worked well for us. The location is pretty central to many points of interest. As others mentioned, there's a fairly substantial homeless community nearby but they posed no problem at all. The beds were quite comfortable for us, it was clean and nicely decorated, and the hosts provided everything we needed for our stay. We'd stay there again without a doubt!

This was a perfect rental for our trip to Tampa. We had plans in a lot of different areas, and we were close to everything. Our primary reason to visit Tampa was to tour USF with our adult-ish sons. There was more than enough space for 4 adults to enjoy the common areas, and have private sleeping areas. The unit is very clean, like new, with everything you need. There were extra trash bags and paper products so going to the store was only optional, but there’s a close by Publix. We were able to get to all the downtown areas, out to USF, Wesley Chapel, and even to Clearwater Beach very easily. The hosts were awesome, answered emails almost immediately . We never had an issue that needed their immediate attention, but if we had, I have no doubt it would have been addressed immediately .I’d definitely stay again.
