Comfortable living and dining room space to hang out, read, eat watch TV. Bonus room, is a den that overlooks the backyard, for those mornings you want to look at the birds when you want to eat brekkie.

Bathroom w/ heated floors, built-in towel warmer & waterfall shower.
Fully renovated kitchen w/ all the amenities: Gas stove, Keurig single cup coffee maker, tea kettle, Instapot, Kitchen Aide Blender, Breville Toaster, Air Fryer and much more!
Laundry service is on premises, includes washer, dryer, folding table and detergent.
Located in the heart of the city, this home is quiet, relaxing, charming and inviting. A short walk to Lasalle Park is just two blocks away. Restaurants, theatres, library, museums w/in a five minute drive. Easy freeway access to 10, 94, 96 with a short drive to I75.
