Welcome to Lake Havasu Mini Retreat. Located in the heart of Lake Havasu, our mini retreat offers all the comforts of home. The home is located in a Gated Community steps away from the beach and has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bath (shower/tub) and living room queen sleeper sofa.

HOME FEATURES
Outdoor shower, Fire Pit, DVD player, central A/C & heating, Wi-Fi, 2 Smart Tv's, outdoor dining, Keurig coffee pot with supplied coffee. Complimentary toiletries, linens & towels, & shampoo & conditioner.
Parking for 1 vehicles. Park has boat and trailer parking by boat slips.

GATED COMMUNITY AMMENITIES
Outdoor swimming pool & hot tub, BBQ area (bring your own propane), shuffleboard courts, laundry facilities, public restrooms with showers, and general store. Boat parking and boat launch ramp are provided to all guests. Home is located in a gated community. Jet ski rentals on location. Each vehicle will be required to pay a $35.00 parking fee, per stay at front gate.
