WATERFRONT LOCATION IN SAMS BEACH COMBER ESTATES !!!
This home is one of a kind in Sam's Beachcomber Estates. It is a water front property, with a simi-private cove below where you can beach your boat or boat slip is available. Private boat launch or next door to public launch. Golf cart included. Amazing outdoor space with one of the largest backyard lots in the park. Also features an upper deck with 360 views of the Colorado River and Lake Havasu City. Beautifully and colorfully decorated inside with chic decor! Has two bedrooms and two baths, sleeps 6. Electric golf cart, paddle boards and beach chairs included with rental.
WATERCRAFT POLICIES: Sam's Beachcomber RV Resort requires registration and insurance for any boat or personal watercraft that is brought into the resort. These documents need to be presented to Sam's employee at check-in. The watercraft must be owned by the sub-lessee staying in the resort. The boat launch is free of charge, boat slips are available for rent on a first come first serve basis, boat slips can accommodate up to 26 ft. boat. Rental fees for October through March are $20.00/day, $80.00/week or $250.00/month. Rental fees for April through September are $30.00/day, $120.00/week or $300.00/month. Contact security guard to request a boat slip at time of check-in. There is also a free public launch Site 6 next to Beachcomber where you can launch watercraft without required documentation and still park in available coves.

Perfect stay at Lake Havasue
This is our 5th year coming. We have moved around different places within Sam’s beachcomber area. This was by far our favorite. Perfect home layout. Easy Checkin and check out. We hope to be back next year
