30 Sec. to Beach, Sun, Sand & Waves & a Family & Pet Friendly Fenced Backyard
I want you to make lasting memories and think of this home as your favorite beach vacation while at Carolina Sea Paws at Carolina Beach, NC. I try to provide most everything you and your family or guests may need, so you can enjoy taking just 30 steps to the whites sandy beach, see the ocean waves, and hear the sounds and smell only the ocean can provide.
When you return from your fun and sun time at the beach, you can enjoy rinse off in your cool outdoor shower area and enjoy the warm breeze. After a refresh, have a family BBQ and enjoy the late afternoon. After you eat and talk about your day, listen to the ocean waves with mood lighting over and around your sitting area outdoors. This would be my perfect first day.
This cottage has a laid back, friendly & family safe atmosphere at my end of the Beach, but you are also close to the action. This unit is a stylish open concept, with tasteful beach décor, a large L-shaped comfy sofa, and another sofa in the "sunroom" area for extra seating. The Den has a 65" TV with a wall fireplace, and all the amenities you will need: i.e. high-speed internet, New HVAC- heat/AC, washer/dryer, linens, soaps, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, well stocked kitchen and dinning area. All three beds are so comfortable you may not want to get out of bed, but If you are an early riser, make a pot or pod of coffee and sit on the front deck or go to the beach and watch a beautiful sunrise every morning.
You are only 3 blocks from the North End Pier & Grill & 1 mile to the historic Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There you can shop, listen to live bands, dine at a great local restaurant, & eat a famous Britt's Doughnut or Squigley's ice cream for dessert. Go to the beach or walk to the Boardwalk and see fireworks on Thursday nights during the summer, or rent a paddleboard, bicycle, Kayak, or rent the Carolina Sea Paws golf cart to ride around town and park for free. You can even bring a chair and watch an outdoor family movie on the lake at Lake Park every other week.

FYI… Dogs are welcome 45 lbs or smaller and if they are completely house broken and friendly. However, there is a pet free of $65 for one dog or $85 pet stay for two dogs. They will enjoy the fenced backyard and walking on the beach.

I want my guests to make lasting memories of their favorite beach vacation while at Carolina Sea Paws at Carolina Beach, NC. I try to provide almost everything they may need, so my guests can enjoy taking just 30 steps to the white sandy beach, ocean waves, and the sounds and smells only the ocean can provide. When you return from your fun and sun time at the beach, you can enjoy a hot or cool rinse off in your private outdoor shower. Go hang out at the wind sail covered deck to dry off and enjoy the warm breeze and possibly read your new or borrowed book. After a refresh, pull out the cornhole set, the ladder and rope toss or horse-shoes game, or toss the football etc. and have a family and friendly competition as you grill out and enjoy the afternoon. After you eat any talk about your day, start up the firepit and listen to the ocean waves with the twinkling lighted palm trees and mood lighting over and around the deck. This would be my perfect first day.

I came here years ago as the UNCW Women's Volleyball coach and spent a lot of time playing beach volleyball too. Now, I love sitting on the sand, watching the ocean waves, boogie boarding and walking my almost 4-year-old dog, Bryce on the strand. I love where I live, and hope others do too. Enjoy!

This home is a true original beach cottage with a large well maintained backyard which is a rare find at any beach. It has had several hurricanes come through in the 90's and 2000's but it still stands resilient, beautiful and strong. It is literally just 30 steps to the beach where you can come back and forth all day.
After your beach day, you can rise off in your Hot/Cold private outdoor shower, enjoy a game of Corn-hole in a fenced backyard with your family and friends, kids and the family dog, if you have one. During the morning, relax on the wind sail covered deck and drink your coffee or read a book and during the evening, have a BBQ, enjoy the firepit, the Adirondack & rocking chairs, with the night time twinkling lights and mood lighting.
