The kitchen opens up to the backyard area with fully retractable 9 foot windows which allows the kitchen and patio to become one space with easy access to a 12 seat outdoor dinning table next to the kitchen. Ample seating throughout the house. Kid friendly home with a real fun backyard for all ages. Whether you are relaxing by the pool or the kids are using the the kid friendly and safe Springfree trampoline or playing ping pong, or just rolling around in the grass, our home has something to offer everyone.

Family Vacation Oasis

This home was perfect for our family! The backyard is truly a little paradise with one of the most beautiful saltwater pools, trampoline, fire pit, grill, and dining area, table tennis, a gorgeous lawn... Our hosts could not be more kind and accommodating, addressing all of our questions and needs throughout our stay. This is a lovely home, spacious and filled with all the necessities for a lovely family vacation -- and close to the beach too!

We are situated within 3 miles of some of the most beautiful beaches in California.

Our oversized home is a perfect gathering spot for family reunions or large groups as it can accommodate rather comfortably.

The inside of the home has been recently remodeled to reflect our contemporary and minimalist life style. The modern kitchen opens up to an inviting back yard with comfortable seating and entertainment area. The pool and all the back yard amenities will keep you active as you swim or play ping pong.

This house is situated in area of Encinitas called Olivenhain and the neighborhood is considered horse country with a series of attached horse trails and a plethora of riding opportunities with local stables.

What makes this property unique

Located close to downtown Encinitas(lots of restaurants on pch 101,)shopping centers, speciality markets (trader joes, sprouts, jimbos, etc), farmers markets, movie theaters, pretty much anything you may need is within 5-15 min drive of the house.
