Luxury Beachfront Condo in Aria Ocean, Nuevo Vallarta

Luxury beachfront condo on the 5th floor of Tower 1. Unit has lovely Miami-South-Beach-style furnishings & contents imported from the USA. Two bedrooms (queen bed in master, twin beds in 2nd bedroom), 2 full bathrooms, private laundry room with washer & dryer, kitchen, two large balconies. On the first balcony there is a conversation furniture set - love seat & two chairs, all with deep comfortable cushions, coffee table and side table and umbrella on stand. On same balcony: a full-size stainless steel BBQ grill with inline propane gas. On the 2nd balcony: 2 full-size chaise loungers, side table and umbrella on stand.

We've recently upgraded all windows to dual-pane windows, replaced all flooring with new light-brown, wood grain, tiles and completely redesigned the laundry room.

For an additional rental fee, our guests can have access to our personal mountain bikes and/or kayaks. Having bikes and kayaks available during your stay can really enhance your vacation experience! We have 2 mountain bikes (size medium), 2 single kayaks (enclosed), a red double-person ocean kayak.

Our condo complex is located on Flamingos Beach, the most beautiful beach in the area. It is the longest and widest beach on Banderas Bay; you can walk or run for miles in either direction. Enjoy wading out into the ocean for a good distance while still finding yourself in waist-deep, bath-temperature water.

Each morning wake up to the sight and sound of the ocean surf hitting the beach. Evenings enjoy the lively and festive sounds of music and nightly entertainment as heard from the Samba Resort next door.

Take the elevator down to the giant infinity pools & a heated lap pool where you'll find yourself just steps away from the beautiful beach & ocean. Dig your toes into the sand while relaxing on the beach, or lounge pool-side on lovely chaises or in individual cabanas (w/large outdoor couch cushions w/matching pillows beneath white canopies). As evening approaches, go upstairs to blend up frosty Margaritas, then bring them down to the beach, sit on the sand and view breathtaking sunsets.

Bring your laptop & enjoy free wi-fi. We have our own private password-protected internet service inside our condo. Our condo has TotalPlay cable TV service with more than 100 channels, and a 75-inch, smart HDTV connected to a Bose 5.1 sound system.

A bus stop is located right across the street from our complex, with bus service every half hour. The bus will take you into Puerto Vallarta where you can dine at a wide variety of restaurants, go souvenir shopping, or walk along the Malecon, the 1-mile-long, beach-front boardwalk.

We highly recommend that you rent a car so you can sightsee, explore, and drive a short distance to the small neighboring towns of Bucerias, La Cruz, Sayulita, and Punta Mita (all located to the north), or drive south for 20 mins to beautiful downtown Puerto Vallarta, or to Mismaloya and beyond. In Mismaloya there is a zoo where you can hold wild baby tigers, and buy a bag of food to feed all of the animals. You may pet the majority of the animals as you feed them, to include monkeys, hippos, zebras, giraffes, antelope, goats, donkeys, birds, etc.

Book fun excursions from top-notch tour operator Vallarta Adventures, located right in Nuevo Vallarta. Tours include luxury sailing excursions, catamaran trips to areas located only by boat that include lunch and open bar, canopy zipline tours deep within the jungle, ATV tours, etc. Book a day trip suitable for both adults and families on the Pirate Ship (out of Marina Vallarta in PV), or book the Pirate Ship's evening cruise which is for adults only and includes open bar, dinner and entertainment. In front of the sprawling neighboring resorts just down the beach from us, independent operators offer banana boat rides, jet ski rentals, parasailing, horseback riding, henna tattoos, etc. On the beach directly next to our condo complex there's a small independently owned & operated activity hut that rents out jet skis and single-person kayaks.

On the beach next to our condo complex there is a large tent set up with massage therapists offering their services. There are also other massage tents set up along the beach.

Several world-class golf courses are located in our neighborhood as well as in the general area. There are several new and modern movie theaters in the area; Cineopolis is just across the highway & down a bit to the south in the Walmart complex, others are in PV. Newly-released Hollywood movies are shown in English with Spanish subtitles, or are offered at separate times in English and in Spanish. Two large waterslide parks are just a short 10-minute drive away. Surfers flock to Sayulita, which is a 20 min drive north. We invite you to pack up your rental car with our plush beach towels, folding beach chairs, and the ice chest with wheels, and set out to explore the many beautiful beaches and coves found all along the coast.

There are many really great restaurants right in our Nuevo Vallarta neighborhood. Or walk down the beach to Bucerias to enjoy many additional dining options, or make the short drive to La Cruz and eat at Tacos on the Street, which has the best street tacos in the area, and is packed nightly with American and Canadian tourists and expats. Enjoy nightly dining and sunsets beneath a giant luxury palapa at Peppers in Punta Mita which is perched on a cliff overlooking the beach. Enjoy world-class gourmet dining at the many superior high-end restaurants in PV, or frequent American-owned Nacho Daddy which is located about 5-7 blocks after you walk over the Malecon's pedestrian bridge. You will find that Puerto Vallarta is a vibrant and fun place to visit during the day and evening. Nightclubs are gorgeous, with several located right next to each other along the Malecon. At night's end, retreat back to our condo in nearby Nuevo Vallarta to relax away from the crowds, and listen to the ocean waves as they roll in and out, away and toward the long, wide beach. In front of our complex the beach feels very private, as only condo owners, guests and resort occupants are allowed through security guard shacks located at entrances to our neighborhood. Although all Mexican beaches are public, to reach our spectacular beach outsiders must inconveniently arrive either by boat or on foot, which for us results in an uncrowded, peaceful, long stretch of pristine beach that has the feeling of seclusion.
