About this property

Nice quiet stay where you can enjoy nature and all its natural beauty. Centrally located between Raleigh & Wake Forest. Driveable distance to Cary, Durham, Garner & Knightdale so that you can enjoy all this area has to offer.

*RV/Boat Parking allowed for additional charges up to 29 days when staying in the home. No RV hook-ups. Only 8 guest allowed to stay in home and use facilities.

For midterm rentals a starter supply of toiletries, hand soap, paper towels and dishwasher detergent will be included. It's several local stores nearby if you need an additional supply. A washer/dryer is available for your use, but laundry detergent is not provided. The home is subject to weekly cleanings, but reasonable cleanliness is expected to prevent rodents/pests and to maintain sanitary living conditions. If left excessively dirty additional cleaning fees will be charged.

Visit with family

The the property was close to many stores, restaurants, but had a wooded secluded feel. Roomy & cozy! We enjoyed spending time with our family from NC, FL, Va, and St SXM.
