The host was very quick to respond to all questions. The property was super clean and comfortable. Loved the AC with the hot weather. Awesome view of the water from the patio. We didn’t do food prep in part because it was a short stay. What we needed was there and plenty for the 6 of us. It was a complete joy to stay here and will again, it was that enjoyable!

Beautiful apartment with a nice view to the ocean. Close enough to walk to Manhattan beach. Perfect for our family. Loved that there were toys, beach towels, and body boards for the beach. Only small thing for me was the noise of the restaurant below early in the mornings as they started up for the day. However, it didn’t wake anyone in my family but me.

Wonderful place in a great location

Manhattan beach is incredibly easy to get around and enjoy California beach life. This apartment is well maintained and near the beach and coffee shops. The owners are responsive and make the check-in check-out easy. Loved our stay!

Lovely location

This unit is a lovely base for any stay in the LA area. Close to LAX, close to beach attractions, easy highway access. The deck/patio was a sunny comfortable place to sit with coffee or cocktails. Loved it!

Manhattan Beach Ca Apartment

Pros: good location, clean, nicely appointed kitchen and baths (2), comfortable beds. Con: What the photos did not show….Most importantly, this was an apartment and parking space is below the building. The only way to the apartment was climbing 5 flights of stairs! So carrying luggage, groceries, and for us a baby, back packs, beach items, etc a couple times a day every day is something to consider. If known, we would have opted for the many nice VRBO street level houses in MB, Sunset, HB, Redondo, etc. FYI, the bunk beds are in a tiny room, not really a bedroom. The photos definitely need to be updated for accuracy.

The place was within a few block blocks of the beach and restaurants. Once we parked in the lower level, we didn’t drive again. The bedrooms were on the small side, but adequate. Place was clean and the patio had a view of the ocean. It definitely met our expectations as we had 6 of us in our party. We enjoyed the beach towels and toys provided such as the volleyball, boogie boards and the sand toys. A good stay that met or exceeded our expectations.
