I can’t say enough about this house! Everything was as described. The views, the space, the location were all absolutely amazing. I would book this property over and over again. We had 4 adults and 6 kids and this house was everything and more that we needed.

We had such a wonderful time at this rental. There was so much to do in the area, so much to do in the house and they provided wonderful amenities.We traveled with a group of family members ranging in ages, everyone stayed busy in the house.One thing we really appreciated about this rental was the comfortable beds. Often times the beds at rentals can be uncomfortable, the pillows and beds were extremely comfortable.The host was very easy to deal with and reached out multiple times to make sure we were comfortable.The view from the deck was absolutely stunning and we cannot wait to come back again.

5 Stars is not enough stars to describe this house experience. We were 3 generations and there were activities for all of us. The description online doesn't capture how extensive, beautiful and well thought out this house really is. Here's a list of some things that stick in my mind: extremely clean, modern, great bright white linens, beautifully decorated, large movie space, all games and activities in excellent working condition, modern office space with large monitor, fast reliable internet, large al fresco dining space. We will be going back to this home.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Welcome to our cozy property! Please be aware that the driveway is steep and narrow, but it is accessible to all vehicle types. We kindly ask that you drive slowly for a smooth arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.

Booking Details: ID verification is required, and guests must sign a rental agreement.

No refunds are provided for weather, natural disasters, or power outages. We recommend travel insurance for any cancellations outside our policy window. Refunds, where applicable, are less a $250 cancellation fee.

No Pets Allowed: While we love pets, our home is not suitable for them.

No Parties/Events: Please treat our home as you would your own. The maximum occupancy is 16, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM are strictly enforced.

Security Cameras: For your safety, we have exterior cameras: one facing the driveway, another covering the parking lot, and a third at the main entrance. Additionally, noise monitors are installed outside—one near the pergola and another on the lower deck. These devices only track decibel levels.
