Island Time II is a 4 bedroom beach house on Dauphin Island's West End beach with its own private, heated pool. This Dauphin Island vacation rental is a second row home on the Gulf of Mexico beach and has incredible Gulf views from nearly every room.

The house is placed at an angle to provide optimum views of the Gulf; there is a house ahead on the left and the right, but the house's placement provides a 60-foot wide direct view of the Gulf, only about a hundred feet away! Easily watch family and friends on the beach while relaxing on the shaded deck.

The property owners also upgraded several items during Winter 20/21, including the kitchen and bathroom counters, sinks, faucets, and deck rails. New owners and new improvements, enjoy!

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

For attractions, visit the Sea Lab, historic Fort Gaines, play a round of golf at the Isle Dauphine gulf-front course, view birds and wildlife & explore secluded beaches at the Audubon Sanctuary, fish on the beach, or at the long gulf-front fishing pier, charter a boat for sightseeing or deep-sea fishing, swim, bike, walk, collect shells, or relax.

1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.

4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet friendly with prior permission. Only dogs that are approved by the insurance policy. 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog per stay applied.
