This Gorgeous Villa is located in Playa Laguna on a spacious 2,102.63 m² land surrounded by palm trees, with a private pool that is just a few meters from the ocean. The villa is ideally located in Escondido Bay, between the towns of Sosúa (1 mile) and Cabarete (5 miles) and is only a 15-minute drive from the Puerto Plata International airport.

Pictures don't do it justice, beautiful property

Beautiful home, great views, and the internet works great which was wonderful as some had to work while there. 5 couples there throughout the month, great space for everyone.

Wonderful 5 BR Villa

The staff (manager, cleaning & maintenance) are great. I have stayed in 8 Villas over the past 5 years. So far this is the best. The only Villa I have stayed in that has central air. I highly recommend this Villa for a family or a guy or gall trip. You can't go wrong.

Wonderful 5 BR Villa on the beach

This is one of the only Villas I have stayed at in Sosua that not only has a wonderful floor plan and furnishings and a beautiful view of the ocean but also has a zoned central air system for the entire Villa. The housekeeper and maintenance/pool guy are the upmost professionals. I highly recommend this Villa for a family visit or a guys trip. The Management Team is first class in meeting all of your needs.

The property is absolutely amazing! This is where we will stay every time we come. Most of the bedrooms have ocean views. The outside is perfect for parties or just lounging and watching the ocean. I gave this house 5 stars but there are a few small problems. The downstairs air conditioning doesn't work well, so it gets a little warm. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms will freeze you out, won't have any issues there. Or on the second floor. I think they're in the process of fixing the downstairs AC now. The other thing was you had to buy your own toilet paper after the first roll. I thought that was kind of weird. I will stay at this house over and over and over again. Everybody in our party was very happy with the house and the accommodations. Would I suggest his house for anybody else? Absolutely it's a must!

Beautiful Villa

The views are breathtaking from almost every room in the villa. Staff are friendly but spoke little English. Thank goodness for translating apps. I would recommend this villa to anyone. The only draw back is that the hot tub was not warm enough for our group.

Fabulous time

We stayed from December 23-January 6 with 10 people. House suited our needs to a T. Clean,well appointed with large bedrooms and common spaces. Outside space was just as impressive as interior space. The staff that accompanied the house went out of their way to make us feel welcome and we're very helpful. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful oceanfront home.
