Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 18th hole in beautiful Heritage Palms golf and country club.
Our first floor condo is within walking distance to the clubhouse and fitness center. The clubhouse features a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, pro shop, locker rooms, pool, access to tennis courts and pickle ball.
You are minutes away from grocery stores, shopping, and several restaurants. If you are wanting to check out a spring training game, the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox play down the street!
The condo has had many updates and is fully stocked. The master bed has a king size bed, tv, walk in closet, and its own private walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, tv, and adjacent to the second full bathroom with tub/shower.
Relax on the lanai, while looking out to the fountain on the 18th hole. The living room and dining room has been updated with new furniture and flooring. The kitchen comes complete with all the amenities you will need. There is also a new washer and dryer in the unit, along with an iron and ironing board.
