Such a great stay! The house was very clean with all the annemities you need. The view was amazing and the short walk to the beach was key! We will definitely be coming back again! Thank you so much!
Wonderful house to stay at. Well equipped kitchen, lots of kids games to keep the little ones occupied, and very comfortable spaces to relax in. BBQ, Hot Tub, for use too.
We loved our stay in this beautiful beach home. Short walk to the beach, though the hill is challenging if you are carrying little ones. The whole town of Oceanside is beautiful and quieter than other parts or the coast.
This house is so nice! Everything you could need is available! We enjoyed the incredible views add ease of getting around the town! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring!
This was such an amazing trip for our Girls' trip! The VRBO was PERFECT! Our hosts made it easy for us to come in and relax and laugh and catch up! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We are contemplating rebooking it for next year too!
What a wonderful home. The home and furnishings are top notch, the kitchen has everything you need and much more, and the area and view are jaw dropping. What a treasure, and an incredible introduction to the Oregon coast for a family from New England. Thanks so much for the hospitality!
This is our second time staying at this house as a family.
We love the variety of entertainment options and the location.
The two mattresses in the main floor bedrooms are pretty hard, could use a good topper or replacement.
Other than that, cozy and extremely well supplied!
Vacation with my family. Overall the house was good but it was a little further from the beach then I expected. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen has everything you need. The town itself is small and some of the restaurants aren't open on the weekdays. But it is beautiful and the tide pools were fun.

Wonderful family friendly house
Our party of 3 families (each with a 2-year old) had a wonderful weekend at this Oceanside house. The house was very well equipped for our families, both for the adults and kiddos. Adults enjoyed the proximity to the beach, lounging on the deck, the outdoor shower and hot tub, well stocked kitchen, ping pong room, and open floor plan. Kiddos loved the boxes of toys, hundreds of kid books, beach toys, and ability to walk everywhere. Everything in the house was kid friendly, and we really appreciated the 2 pack-n-plays, 2 booster seats, and double stroller. We were here for 3 days and never once got in the car. We will definitely be back!
It is obvious that these guys have been doing this for a while (before VRBO). Very nice big house with lots of extras. The kitchen looks like it’s newer, big dinning area, big living room another TV watching area. It’s 3 blocks from the beach up a steep hill, but that’s why you can see the ocean from the house. Great beaches within walking distance. 20 minutes to Tillamook (we went every day). The basement is stocked. I felt bad we didn’t fly the kites, use the galoshes, get out on the skimmer boards, etc. You can tell they’ve owned the house a while because they have everything you might need. Things are laid out in an intuitive way. It was such a great vacation we talked about coming back next year. Oh, and the hot tub was a wonderful perk we used every night.
This home was perfect for our family of 7 which included a 5-month-old. There are puzzles, games, a keyboard, books galore, two travel cribs, and a fully outfitted kitchen for cooking and baking. Access to the beach is direct and simple, with an opportunity to get in a hill climb with each return home.
Being able to be active downstairs playing ping-pong was a highlight. The hot tub rocks and is totally private. The extra tv sitting area has a fold-down couch and two comfortable recliners with a great view. We had to bring the deck chairs up from the basement, well worth the extra effort to enjoy the deck and view every afternoon. The beds were all comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets tucked around the house. You can head down to the beach to enjoy the sunset or watch it from the upper bedroom deck. Crack the windows and enjoy the white noise of the ocean, you'll sleep like a baby! This house is NOT prissy or precious. It's loved, lived in and well maintained with tons of nooks and crannies to use for reading or taking a break from the group. We'll be back!

Nice but could use updating, replacement of worn items
The location is great and the house is nice, but the furnishings, etc. could definitely use some updating and replacement of worn items. For example, comforters were old and lumpy and had a slight smell to them, and bathroom throw rugs were worn and do not appear to be washed between guests. There were also limited number of hand towels. Also, it was misrepresented that there is a sofa sleeper in the living room area near the fireplace - there was not one. There was an additional "bed" in the upstairs bedroom that was actually located on the floor and it was hard and uncomfortable. The bunk beds do not appear to be attached/secured to the wall and are a bit unstable. As far as the hot tub, when we went to use it, it had tons of sand in it so were unable to do so. We checked in on a Thursday and checked out on a Monday - they sent someone on Sunday afternoon to clean out the hot tub, so we did get to use it Sunday evening.... one evening out of the 4 evenings we stayed....
The house was perfect for our annual women’s trip. Close to beach. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet. Had a cozy fire in the fireplace. Sat in sun on the deck. Will definitely rent again.
This property is amazing. All the amenities in the kitchen and anything you want or need for the beach. So many games and puzzles. There’s even an electric keyboard and a ping pong table. Walking distance to and from the beach. Important for those busy summer time when there is no public parking due to the popularity of this beach. The home is very well kept up. I hope the property continues to use free and clear detergent. Such a bonus not to be exposed to toxic scented detergent on the linens when sleeping. This is my third stay with them since 2011. Aloha
We had a wonderful experience at this beach house. It was spacious and clean. A short walk to the beach. Lots of sand dollars and shells to collect and make sand castles with. The evening wind is great for kite flying.
This house was very spacious for our big family group. Everyone had a space where they could rest or play. We enjoyed all the extra entertainment at the house (the hot tub, ping pong table, games, books, etc.). The walk down to the beach was short and refreshing.
What a great place for a family beach vacation!! This house had everything, from beach toys and board games to a hot tub and well stocked kitchen! The layout was perfect for a large group, and the ocean view was so relaxing. Five big stars from us!!
One of the reviews I read for this home said "you could tell there is a lot of love in this home" and we think that describes it perfectly. It's cozy and peaceful and a short walk to the beach.
The location was amazing and the house had everything you could want. We had a few small issues, but the owner responded quickly to resolve the issues. The view was amazing!
Would definitely stay here again!
