Bonita Beach Paradise. DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH...BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB COMMUNITY......Location is everything! Pools are open! You can watch the many water and beach activities or or participate by walking a very short distance to the white sandy beaches. Walk to the beach for miles. Two of Bonita’s famous restaurants are within walking distance, Docs Beach House on the gulf, or Coconut Jacks on the bay. The beach offers volleyball, rentals for, jet-skis, kayaking and parasailing.
Updated studio and ready for your relaxing vacation. The condo is located on the 5th floor, direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has new furniture, king size bed, pullout couch, new kitchen countertops, new dishwasher, disposal, very nice updated large walk-in-shower, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and of course, all the beach toys. Beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and a beach umbrella, provided for a wonderful vacation.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create a delicious home-cooked meal with a full-size oven/stove, refrigerator, cookware, flatware, coffee maker, microwave. Free basic cable channels and free internet is also available for your convenience.
Short distance to Fort Myers airport, Naples, Sanibel, and Marco Island, plenty of shopping, Coconut Point Mall, and Mercato which offers shopping and indoor/outdoor restaurants.
One pickelball court is open for use.

The condo was perfect! It was super clean and had all kinds of necessities even down to a brand new kitchen sponge. You could walk across the street to the beach and Docs. Communication with the property manager was also great. I would stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

Things seem to be under construction at this condo complex, as well as in the community surrounding the condo. Unfortunately, I thought there would be more close by to walk to. We ended up driving much more than anticipated.The condo was very clean. The only thing that I would suggest changing is the mirrors. There are at least 3 mirrors on the walls in the bathroom, and large mirrors above the bed, which makes things uncomfortable due to feeling exposed in every direction. Other than that, I appreciated the beach towels and chairs that were available to use!Thanks

We love staying at this condo! The walk to the beach is so easy & the kids enjoyed the pool!! Actually, the entire family enjoyed the heated pool. It’s so refreshing. The balcony views are stunning & the bed is so comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked too.
