This beautiful condo is nicely furnished. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 car garage. There is a King size bed in the Master bedroom with ensuite bath, another King bed in the second bedroom, and Queen bed in the third bedroom, as well as office working space with executive size desk and an office chair for your work. Large kitchen with granite counter-top with everything you need for cooking. 65" TV in the living room, 32" TV in the master bedroom. Modern faux leather living room sofas set with five recliners!
It has a fully stocked linen closet with towels, linens, beach towels; and a washer and dryer. Free WiFi, HD cable, and landline phone (free calls in the US and Canada).
You can relax on the lanai overlooking the big lake, or take a dip in the swimming pool or soak in the spa. The lake is stocked with fish, so you can fish there. In the clubhouse there is a ping-pong table, exercise room, sauna and a library.
In the garage you will find two bicycles, big umbrella and beach chairs for your use. Take 10 min. bicycle ride to Robinson Nature Preserve.
Located close to shops and restaurants, all within walking distance, and a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. It is the perfect location! Come relax and enjoy!!

Great place!

We had a wonderful two month stay this summer. The location is great with stores and restaurants in close proximity. The beach was a quick ten minute drive. The condo was very comfortable and furnished with everything we could possibly need. We hope to be able to stay again in the future!

Our second stay was as great as our first

After a great stay at Margaret's condo in Bradenton last year, we wanted to return and we had another great holiday. The location is perfect. It is close to grocery stores, wine stores, restaurants and the beaches of Anna Marie Island. The condo is so much larger than any other condo we have rented. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and it is great to have a full size washer and dryer. There is a nice pool and gym in the Clubhouse. We will definitely return again.

We had a great time

We loved our 4 week stay at Margaret's Hidden Lakes VBRO. The 3 bedroom condo is spacious and had all the amenities you need (plenty of towels, sheets, small appliances and kitchen utensils etc). The location is perfect with 3 different grocery stores within a 5-10 minutes walk. The beautiful beaches of Anna Marie Island are a short 10-15 minute drive. The master bedroom and living room had TV's with Spectrum cable with local programming and On Demand shows. There was not one thing we could fault with the rental and we have already booked a return trip for next year. We highly recommend this VBRO.

As I have previously told the owner we have been renting in Florida for the last 15 years and this is one of the nicest places we have rented. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly want,it was extremely clean and the owner when contacted about any minor problem took care of it immediately

Lovely condo!

This condo is lovely!!! The condo itself was so clean, nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. It felt like our second home during our stay for the month of January. The grounds, pool & hot tub were beautiful! You are only 10-15 minutes from the beach. The owners were easy to contact & responded quickly to any questions. We had such a good time that we booked this same condo for January & February next year. We can’t wait to come back to Bradenton😊

Frustrating

It was a nice place. We picked this place due to the location and it had access to a gym and pool. Our stay started with the key for the gym not being available the owner got back to us and I ended up having to go to the office for a replacement key. The biggest issue for us was the second bathroom toilet not flushing. At first communication was good with getting a plumper. The plumber came and fixed it. The next day we found out the toilet was still not fixed. I reached out to the owner, he asked if I could reach out to the plumber also, in which I did. The plumber did not respond to me. We got in on Thursday now it’s Sunday. I was very frustrated because I had to stick my hand in the tank to get the water down because my kids used the toilet not realizing it still wasn’t fixed. If it wasn’t broken I would never had to see what I saw, the tank was very nasty. I emailed the owner with pictures because I’m on vacation and I shouldn’t have to deal with that and also he shouldn’t have his tank looking like that It can breed mold, there’s a possibility it already had some. Well the owner never responded. The plumber ended up coming Monday morning. No one called letting us know he was coming. The owner never responded after the email with the pics that I sent him on Sunday, not even to find out if the problem was fixed. We still had problems with that toilet after the plumber left. At least this time we were able to just use the plunger and the tank was clean. Other than the bathroom issues the place was good.

Immaculate and comfortable Condo

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo, With all its hardwood and tile it was so clean and pleasant to stay in. There is a large fully stocked kitchen (although I never used the stove as I was on vacation lol). It is only 5 miles to the beach and was very close to my Bradenton Family. This condo made for a wonderful vacation! If I had to make on suggestion it would be to provide a DVD player.

Condo close to everything

We loved our stay at this condo during the month of April 2017. This three bedroom condo has an ideal location. The complex is very quiet and tucked away from the busy streets in Bradenton. We loved the pool at the complex and met alot of friendly people. It is an upstairs condo which was not a problem for us but our older small Boston terrier had to be carried up. That is not the owners fault as we knew before we went that it had 16 steps. There is so much to and see in the area around Bradenton that this condo's location was perfect The owners were easy to work with and responded to emails quickly. We would recommend this condo highly but be aware that it is upstairs.

Very well appointed & true to description

We enjoyed our stay at your home very much. The location suited us as we enjoyed walking to shops etc. The neighbours were all very friendly and we loved being able to use the pool. Mr. Vadim was very quick to respond to the only small problem we had. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The suggestion we would make is to have additional living room seating.
