2 Bedroom Condo *Pool* 1 Block from Beach

Enjoy a great vacation for a great price in our renovated condo!

The kitchen was expanded and renovated in 2014 with modern amenities. The living room decor and furniture was also updated to provide a comfortable space for vacationers.

Our two bedroom one bath condo includes one queen bed in the master bedroom and one twin over full bunk bed in the second bedroom. There is a queen size sleeper-sofa in the living room. The condo also includes WiFi indoors and poolside, air conditioning, an outdoor patio with a dining table and seating area and two 32" TV's.

Memorial Day Weekend

The location of the property was great, just a short walk to the Boardwalk and the Beach was right there. Inside the condo was clean and organized with decent size rooms to fit our family for a mini getaway.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this condo for our vacation. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed yet peaceful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was clean and never too crowded. The condo itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. One of our favorite spots was the balcony, where we spent many mornings enjoying the view and fresh air. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had a great experience! We had a little trouble with the AC not getting as cold but figured things out and relayed the info to the property owners. This place is perfect for a family of 3 or 4. It was an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We will be back!!!

This was very nice and spacious place for 5 of us. A short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The only drawback was that there was only 1 parking space but we were able to get street parking by early the next morning.

A beautiful two bedroom condo in a very nice looking and well kept building. Covered parking, elevator, and a beautiful pool. The unit itself was very clean and tastefully decorated with a lovely balcony and updated bathroom.

Nice Place - convenient location

Stay went very well, good communication with the property owner when needed. Loved the balcony, condo was very comfortable. One suggestion would be that it would be nice if the pool was open later than Labor Day given that we had temps near 90 most of the days.

Nice condo in a great location!

For the price this place is great, just what we expected and needed. Location is wonderful and condo is just as shown in pictures. Could use a deep cleaning and no paper towels, trash bags or dish soap were provided which I wish we knew ahead of time but if we were staying longer then one night wouldn’t have been a problem because we probably would have brought them.

OC, NJ Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time in OC! The condo was perfect…location, location, location!! We were a short walk to the boardwalk and a short walk to downtown! And the bonus was a beautiful pool! The kids really enjoyed it. The owner of the condo was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back next year! 😊

Great little condo

The condo was great for a small family. Location to the beach and boardwalk was very convenient. The deck was a relaxing place to hang out. Down side is there is no place to store beach items when you’re not using them. Also the ac units were very dusty. Though overall, it was a great and relaxing stay!

Beautiful property, great location. Condo had no trash bags, and less than 25% of a toilet paper roll when we arrived. No towels, or sheets. We ended up having to buy sheets, towels, detergent for the dishes, and toilet paper.

A quiet stay

The girl who assisted with the check-in was pleasant and helpful. The elevators and push carts very handy. I had some issues with the key in access code and the Wi-Fi code but the quick response from the owner took care of that right away. The weather was sunny, the pool was warm, and the neighbors friendly. Had a nice time. Looking forward to next year.

Early Summer Family Trip

Couldn’t beat the location of the condo, close enough to beach and boards without being too close. Jennifer, the property owner, was extremely helpful and communicative. The unit was nice, had some bumps and bruises that could use a refresh and repair but nothing was overwhelmingly impactful to the use of the condo, more cosmetic. The convenience of covered parking and private balcony were a plus.

Was supposed to be 5 adults but ended up only 3. Good thing because 2nd bedroom was TINY and we would have been too cramped. For 3 was perfect. A small family would be fine. Host was very responsive to our questions. Pool was LOVELY. Laundry was convenient. Location was GREAT. Patio was AWESOME.

My husband and I have been married 20 years and live in Doylestown Pennsylvania for the past 10 years. My husband was raised in Staten Island, NY and I was raised in Brick, NJ. We love living in Pennsylvania and we enjoy taking trips to Ocean City with the family. The condo is in close proximity to the beach, boardwalk and shopping so when our children were young it was easy for us to take them to the amusement park and the water slides since the are located one block away. Now that they are older, they can walk in town and to the beach with their friends.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property based on the proximity to the beach, boardwalk and shopping, the convenience of a designated parking space and that the indoor and outdoor amenities.

What makes this property unique

The pool is relaxing and there are plenty of lounge chairs and seats for everyone. There is an elevator and carts are available which makes it easier to carry belongings to and from the unit. There are washers and dryers on the premises.
