This very spacious Tahoe Keys home is the perfect family vacation home, available anytime for 30 night bookings, does not need to be calendar months. Also available for Ski Lease. 3 miles from Heavenly Ski Resort, 20 Minutes to Sierra at Tahoe and 40 minutes to Kirkwood. Private Hot Tub Fully fenced back yard, and pet friendly. For summer guests Private boat dock . Walk to the HOA beach, pools, snack bar, playground. Fee of 10$ per day per person for HOA amenities..
In winter, We have easy access, and central to many Local Ski Resorts. Snow removal included. Sleds and cross country skis at the home to enjoy. For summer guests.
We have a double kayak to enjoy a paddle out to all the nearby beaches. Paddle board rentals are also a short walk away. This home is located in the Heart of South Lake Tahoe, and comes with all the ammenities of the Tahoe Keys. The home is located 1 street back from the lake. The home is spacious, immaculatly clean, fully equipped with everything you'll need to fully enjoy a vacation in a Tahoe home. This is an amazing quiet and peaceful neighborhood, It's perfect for gatherings of friends and family.
